Tescos had CS8 and CS9, and Asda had CS1, CS5 and CS6

i remember them days there was about 3 or 4 comeplete sets in asda

I remember when they sold Classics in ASDA and they didn't do well at all, they ended up having to sell them for around £2-£3.
With the failure they obviously didn't want to bring any more in.

Tesco that I going still do Classic Superstar but they just falls behind now, they use CS15 or something now.
ASDA used be, but not sure if they do it now.

I haven't seen CS figures in supermarkets for years now, I wish they'd still carry them as the only place round here that does them is FP!

come to thibk of it... I picked up about 50% of my cs collection for Asda/Tescos... Got most upto CS6 all for quite cheap too! some even £3 each !!!

The only CS figs I've seen where in Tesco and that was three years ago. I only go to FP for CS figs anyway.

I still remember the look on the checkout ladies face in Boldon Asda when I took 12 of each (no exageration) member of CS6 LOD for £2.97 each. I made a crapload of money on the ebay, IMO CS5 is what killed the CS line in many shops in the UK.

About a year and a half ago, I remember seeing a CS 10 Dusty Rhodes one day at ASDA, then CS 10 Sabu another day at the same ASDA, so it would appear ASDA had CS 10 in very briefly.
They were the only classic figures I ever saw in a supermarket though.
Oh, apart from Tescos. I remember when they had CS 8 and 9 in.
