Mick Foley has said he has not signed with the company, though he may try out a ppv with them.
Foley cannot legally sign with TNA until his contract with the WWE is up which is tomorrow

Foley is signed. He is attempting to "keep us guessing". Sometimes I really hate the internet. It seems almost impossible to keep anything like this quiet. I was suprised they actually pulled it off with Angle. I never expected it to be Kurt that night.

And despite the fact that we have several noted respected insiders saying that TNA has been in talks with him. I guess us saying he's "signed" was a bad choice of words.
