City taken over by abu dhabi www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_4078332,00.html What a shame. So what chance does that leave for clubs like hull, Stoke and West Brom winning the league, None what so ever. You could add, Blackburn, Sunderland, Newcastle, Everton, Middlesbrough, West ham to this list. It's a shame the beautiful game has sold out to another billionaire invester. Greed. It doesn't work. So whoever buys wins. Crazy world

its only due to their new ground that they are getting the investment...
if Everton's ground gets approved, i am fairly certain that the investment offers will be coming in thick and fast...

If by some miracle this is true and Spurs accept, there is no chance Berba would accept the personal terms

If by some miracle this is true and Spurs accept, there is no chance Berba would accept the personal terms Unless they offered him a crap load of cash. I kinda said "bastards" to the takeover/that report in general as they could go nuts in the transfer market.

Interesting isn't it, when Chelsea buy their way to the top, that's wrong, but when Manchester City are about to attempt it, that's fine.

Apparently they want Manchester City to be in the top 4 at the end of the season, they'll have to buy some new players to do that.

Great news methinks I don't know much about it but the bloody loaded these guys!!! CTID! x hows it great news. Your not City any more, just like Chelsea. It's a toy to some idiot who knows nothing about the true meaning of football. I suppose you see the glory side of winning your 1st trophy in 33 years, but you will only win stuff threw money.

kev85hasbro, who do you support?
As long as it says Manchester City Football Club over the door, I don't care which division we're in or what cups we win, It'll still be MCFC.

well citys offer has been accepted, doubt he'll agree personal terms though but if he does shock of the summer by a mile He can't go back to Spurs now. United obviously haven't had a bid accepted so he hasn't even got the choice so I think he'll definitely be going to City.

We need a LB though, but we're linked with David Villa and Mario Gomez. Don't want any of them, just a LB.
