IMO this girl should stop putting her 2 cents in here...If I remember correctly, didnt she get the piss beat out of her in her first match ?? lol

I am pulling for Brock as every time Couture seems to be close to the end of his career he comes out and kicks someones ass. I like him alot but I want somebody to put his career to rest. lol. I want to see him lose this fight, but possibly fight Fedor for his going away fight. As for the wife talking shit, I think its pretty ad when your wife is talking shi for you. You dont see Sable trashing couture, lol!

No bigger than Tim Sylvia or Gabe Gonzaga? Yes he is. And he's not fat and lazy. Well yeah, he has 25 lbs on Gabe and he's just about even in weight with big Timmmy. BUT he out weighs Sylvia with Muscle, where as Tim only keeps up with Brock by his buldging tummy. |

the thing with Lesnar is that in 18 minutes of fighting (total time of his first 3 fights) NOBODY has hit an effective, offensive manuever. Sure Mir won the fight, but that was clealry a defensive move. Obviously Randy will be on the lookout for the bull rush as Brock has started his last 2 fights like that and has been pretty sucessful w/ his takedowns. I think the biggest thing is that as much traing as Randy does, he's been gone for a looooong time. It's like football, baseball or any other sport. Training is one thing. Staying in the game full time is another. Sure he has the experience but even with the training, he'll be rusty. Brock is hungry and wants to prove he is legit as there are obviously still doubters. If he connects w/ a solid hit, it's over. I watched the Mir fight yesterday and Brock landed nearly FORTY unanswered shots. WHy the bell didn't ring I'll never know. This one be as easy as the dumb Couture broad thinks.

Fist of all, it is his wife.
Of course if asked she's going to defend her husband & put down Lesnar.
Secondly I agree with everything she said.
I understand the business reasons behind this fight, however isn't it surprising that Lesnar is getting a title shot in only his fourth fight? Check out any MMA forum & most people agree.
She agrees he poses problems which I'd imagine is his wrestling which i would agree with but Couture will find a way to take that out of the equation & wear Brock down.

I think even Randy sees that Brock will be difficult. He knows that Lesnar is the same style of fighter that he is/was except bigger and stronger. Randy has found a knack in studying his opponents and finding ways to beat them. I think that is whay he took this fight with Lesnar. It presents another challenge and will test how good his striking and submission game is. Can't wait to see this fight.
