omgzzzzzzz spyder myn suxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx!1! God forbid people dislike Spider-Man. I understand people have their own opinions about what they dislike or like, but with Spider-Man I just don't understand people's opinions. A lot of them are contradictory.

I'll see them, but I won't expect anything out of them.

Sweet you can never have to much Spidey and I know that many people on here are far to cool to enjoy sequels but I have loved all the movies.
Oh and by the way Spider-man is a much much better character than Batman. Yeha I said it

Not a big fan of Tobey, but if they're continuing, I'd rather they keep him than replace him mid-series. If they want a new spider-man, start the franchise over.

I think they really need to make Peter more witty/sarcastic. I mean; Tobey is Spider Man/peter Parker, but he needs more clever lines and quips.

The movies are just alright...but so is Spiderman in general, so it all works out. And since this thread is lacking an argument... TDK > Any Superhero movie they can ever make. TO that my response is this hey I legitimately like that movie!

The Spidey films did bring back the super heroes genre.

Honestly I don't mind the Spiderman franchise. Like most superhero flicks, I enjoy the cartoony kind of world sometimes. It reminds me of being in the Marvel section of Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, ha.

The first two were great, the third was rushed and was a complete mess because of it.
Hopefully, they take their time with the next script, Spidey deserves it.

I like TM and the Spider series, but I dislike Raimis NEED to change the villians into sympathetic figures.
there is nothing to like about Octopus or Sandman in the comics but Raimi pointlessly changed them for the movies.

I actually liked Doc Ock in SM2. "I will not die a monster" was one of the best lines of that movie, IMO. That said, even though SM3 featured a decline in quality, these movies make massive dollars. If it takes a slightly sub-par Spidey flick to create the financial excess to spend on getting other comics movies of their own, I'm all for it.

Tobey needs to stay Parker/Spider-man since he's played the part in the past...same goes for Dunst as MJ and Franco as Harry. I LOATHE when they change the actor for a character in a sequel..I can't follow the movie as well when that happens. I seriously believe that RAIMI has been the downfall of the franchise all along...just sayin.

I wouldn't mind if they changed MJ don't get me wrong I like Kirstin Dunst as a actress but after growing up reading Spidey comics and loving the animated series as a kid, she isn't how I pictured MJ would look in real life. Its a personal thing and I am sure people feel the same for other movies based on comics or books you get a idea what that person would look like in real life.
