so he pulled a Lyoto Machida and people say that "hes elusive" and "hes so hard to hit"..they praise that guy but guess what..He runs the entire fight also !! i dont really like lyotto either lol and to who ever thinks im pissed bout chuck getting his head knocked off im not im just stating my opinion on the fight... ... at least that was what i was trying to do If Evans can't be 'illusive' what do you want him to do? He used his head and avoided Liddells power. If he got inside he would've been Ko'ed for sure. Evans and Lyoto don't 'run' the entire fight. They fight smart.

Lyota is one man i cant stand, I think if you put him vs Shogun, or Liddell on a comeback and we will see his undefeated streak come to an end. Perhaps even against Wandy!

I'm sorry. I know this board is full of Chuck fans but... CHUCK NEEDS TO F***IN RETIRE. He has become one-dimensional in the way that everyone claimed Tito Ortiz being with his "Slam, mount, and ground and pound" style...Chuck is "circle circle (waste 3 minutes of the first round) make your opponent engage with you and overhand right"... and everyone knows that now. So it is much easier to beat Dana Whites boy. Evans deserves the title shot. How a man is lucky on a win I don't understand. Isn't the intention of three months of training to prepare for a moment such as the one that was thrown in Evans face? The whole point of fighting is to submit or knock a guy out right? Evans did that with relative ease and left Chuck on the ground for 5 minutes. Congrats to Evans, I take him in a fight against Griffin. They have fought similar opponents and Evans has done better in those fights. Rashad is always the underdog...Griffin is always the favorite...so I will go with the underdog. I just don't see Evans beating Griffin at all. Evans biggest wins are Liddell and Bisping (who is now a MW) Griffin on the other hand has beat Rampage and Shogun (2 completely differenty styles, both of which are better than Evans) I think he learned his lesson from the Jardine fight, and really proved that against Jackson. I could really see Evans vs Griffin going the distance, with Griffin winning by unanimous decision. Either way, it'll be a fun fight to watch. True. Shogun and Rampage were huge wins for Forrest. But Shogun didn't look like Shogun from PRIDE at all...and Rampage was a well deserved win because it was an amazing fight. I just think Rashad would take it. The guy improves each time he fights. One thing he needs to do is check his ego. I like the taunting and everything but when you let all the wins go to your head that is when you get knocked the f out. But maybe Rashad deliberately does it to psyche his opponent out and make them forget their gameplan and just make them want to kick his ass, then he moves in for the kill. I can't wait to see the fight though. I think Forrest is a beast and I think Rashad is one of the quickest LHW's I've ever seen. I would much rather see Evans vs. Griffin than an aging Chuck vs. Griffin.

I think Evans would take Griffin honestly. I would love to see this fight! Agreed. I am still sad he beat Liddell but man that was a hell of a punch.

I don't like Evans because he gave Michael Bisping his first ever loss - and he won't beat Griffin..

He's from England. I think he just dislikes Evans because he's a huge Bisping fan, so he sorta resents Evans, more than dislikes him.

Because I would love the idea of seeing Urijah in the UFC

I really like Rashad Evans. The guy deserves the title shot and it should be a good fight. Dana has to be creaming in his pants. This makes the Ultimate Fighter look so damn good. I know Evans gets a knock from some for not being aggressive enough in feeling out his opponents in the first round but I disagree. I only think he could be accussed of this in two fights, Ortiz and Liddell. In the Ortiz fight I think he was a but intimidated and it took him a little bit to realize he belonged in the fight. With Liddell I think he was following the game plan and was being cautious. Lets face it we have all seen many of the Iceman's highlight knockouts and it only takes one punch from him to end a fight.

I don't like Evans because he gave Michael Bisping his first ever loss - and he won't beat Griffin.. Matt Hamill gave Bisping his first ever loss, actually. It may not say that in the record books, but if you watched the fight, you know that. Rashad could very easily beat Forrest, just as Forrest could very easily beat Rashad. Both have good stand up and an acceptional ground game as well. Forrest has great take down defense, and Rashad has great take downs. Sugar has shown on more than one occasion that he's got power not only in his feet, but in his hands as well. What Forrest lacks in power, he makes up for in conditioning and a granite chin.
