I don't get 24/7 sadly, so I'm not exactly sure what they aired. BUT... in latter-day ECW, Taz's theme song was one of the originals performed by Harry Slash & The Slashtones (who also wrote & performed the original themes of Sabu, The Eliminators, along with the ECW TV show theme song "THIS... is EXTRRRRREEEEEEME!")
Taz's ECW theme in later days was based loosely on "War Machine" by KISS.
EDIT: Here's "Path of Rage" By Harry Slash:
And for a point of comparison, here's "War Machine" by KISS:
When WWE was buying up other promotions' video libraries a few years ago, they also bought the rights to Harry Slash's songs, so they could use them on ECW TV shows, PPVs and DVD releases.
If it's not one of those two songs, it might be either "Thug Superstar" By Cypress Hill or Tazz's first WWE theme. To my knowledge, those are the only songs WWE would have the rights to use for Taz, unless they put some totally random song in there for no reason.

Taz had another Harry Slash theme in ECW that sounded very similar to "Path of Rage" but instead of the "I don't need a weapon" it is him saying "Survive If I Let You"
That it?

This the one thing that kills me about WWE having the ECW library, all the theme editing. I can't stand watching ECW releases on WWE DVD because of it. I understand they would have to license the music to use it, but can't they come up with something more similar to the original themes?? Have Jim Johnston do any instrumental... or better yet, hire Harry Slash to do instrumental versions of all the original ECW themes.
