TNA has better wrestling. WWE has barely better storylines. Combine the two and we have what WWF/WCW was ten years ago. Firstly, "the two" are not true. Secondly, if they were, how does it link to 1998 WWF/WCW? |

This forum is so full of dumb ass marks it isn't even funny anymore. I'm a fan of wrestling not just one company. I am allowed to have an opinion. In my opinion TNA is putting out a better product than WWE. So while you are all busy blindly swinging from Vinny Macs nuts i'm going to enjoy watching a fantastic wrestling angle unfold. Something I haven't seen in a very long time from any wrestling company. Some people are just narrow minded. I'm also looking forward to TNA turning the corner. So I can start blasting all the bandwagon marks that will inevitably start raving about how great TNA is. There better be a lot of people changing their screen names. I have a real good memory. Then the rest of your brain should try and match it. Just to confirm - people who like WWE and not TNA are "narrow minded dumb marks." And people who You came into this thread blasting your big, evangelical rant about how great TNA is and how crappy WWE is, offering not one iota of backup for your "opinion" and got called on how stupid it came off. Then you accuse everyone else of being blindly biased. Come on, mate, zip up. Your moron's showing. Put it away. Go and "swing from Dixie's nuts" on the TNA board, eh? If TNA does turn the corner, those of us who do enjoy good wrestling will become fans of that group as well. As it is now, it's a bit too rubbish for us. I didn't even blast WWE as hard as I could have. I'm sorry friend but your moron is showing. Whatever the hell that means. What you did say however does make you a bandwagon fan and proves my point. I'm a TNA fan through thick and thin not just when they do everything right. It is like being a fan of a sports team and only rooting for them when they win. That is a bandwagon fan. |

Don't get me wrong fellas I love TNA to death! Have been a fan since late 2002 during the weekly PPVs. But as of right now, the E' is putting out a better product to me in whole. They haven't had one not one PPV I can complain after watching and say I didn't like. Agreed like others the HBK/ Jericho fued is getting stale, however most fueds in wrestling these days are predictable.
However, I must go on to say that I think this angle the "millionaires vs. the new blood" is shaping up to be pure GOLD. I mean don't get me wrong the whole thing were they bring Foley in was kinda random but I believe after Bound For Glory that TNA will have their turning point in the wrestling business. I think that they will begin to put out a better product than what they have been. I mean I believe bringing in Foley will help the company as he will put people over.
Like others I'm a fan of wrestling period. I like WWE and TNA. But regardless of what you like they are both good wrestling companies. Otherwise they wouldn't be here today. TNA is trying to throw out a different product at people which I like. And regardless of all these supposive WWE "rejects" they are helping the product become what it is today. I mean seriously you can't say that you wouldn't want to see Christian, or Angle, or Booker (without the King Booker gimmick), heck even Sting who Vinnie Mac has been trying to sign for years come or come back to WWE. Cause you would they're all good wrestlers. However, people bash them because they're in TNA now.

I'm gonna add this also, even though we may question the booking at times, RAW/SD!/ECW aren't bad shows and are watchable atleast.
TNA puts out these terrible rushed shows that nobody can get into or take seriously. Two Hours of crammed storylines, Screaming and bull crapswerves and gimmick matches. That Segment with JJ was a rarity in terms of good quality storyline that can attract the viewer and that was because:
A) They didn't insult our intelligence and were honest
B) Tenay and West weren't screaming and yelling during the promo
C) It wasn't a rushed promo, we had time to digest and understand what they were talking about.
D) They showed emotion and that wasn't a gimmick or sappy cartoon storyline.
Just Two guys with "real" problems that need to be settled.
But like I said, the things I mentioned above rarely happen in TNA, this was a rare time, I really do hope TNA learns from that and starts developing the program to a more serious, controlled and organized format in terms of storylines and angles.
Until then its the same nonsense with the same ratings and terrible storylines...

actually i think i was bang on the money Is this veterans/new blood angle any more refreshing? They pulled a similar "veterans demand respect" storyline with the X-division... and thats just in TNA. Less predictable? Let me tell you what'll happen... when all the dust settles... the beyond stale main event scene of Kurt Angle, Booker T, Christian, AJ, Joe, maybe Sting, and a newly added Jeff Jarrett will still be intact. |

Ok hear me out. Last night Jeff Jarrett cut a very good promo about the older guys holding down and burying the younger guys. and i was thinking that this has alot of relevance to what is happening in the wwe today cough"triple h"cough. Its basically about the veterans not knowing when to pass the torch. and Mick Foley appears at the end ;D Indeed it was a great promo, but he is full of crap. He is just as gulity in TNA as guys were in WCW. Theres a difference between holding people back and giving the title to just anyone. Did Ric Flair hold guys back after just say his 7th or 8th championship?? There is no one better then Triple H to be champion right now. |

We aren't discussing those things in this thread though. This is about the Jarrett promo and subsequent angle. You want to start a thread about the horrible Prince Justice Brotherhood or how the X-Division needs to be revamped and you will hear plenty of TNA bashing coming from me. |
