Well, yeah
It's my favourite WM ever, not many people like 15, but I have always loved it, and I was wondering if people could tell me any interesting Pans for or Rumors about WM15?
Thanks

well originally they had planned a triple threat match between rock, austin, and foley for the title but mick was a bit banged up and behind the scenes in meetings shawn michaels kept saying that the main event needs to be 1 on 1 because that's the wrestlemania tradition.

WWF Magazine (April 1999) hinted on a Triple H heel turn ("Will It Take a Degenerate to Tame the Rattlesnake?"). He ended up turning on DX at WrestleMania and later feuded with Steve Austin over the WWF Championship. Not to mention the whole Survivor Series '99 incident.

Not to mention the whole Survivor Series '99 incident. the SCSA vs HHH feud was good and the fact that both genuinely disliked one another actually helped and didnt hinder the feud.

I think that was why JR replaced Cole for the main event, Ross Man.

the only story I heard about 15 was Austin forgetting his jacket-thats why he wore the t-shirt to the ring That is 100 percent true. Austin mentions it on his Legacy of DVD. As for WrestleMania XV, the main event was going to be a Triple Threat featuring The Rock, Seve Austin, and Mick Foley for the WWF Championship. As noted in this thread, Shawn Michaels spoke out and thus it was made one-on-one with The Rock vs. Steve Austin for the WWF Championship. Ross Man, Michael Cole did indeed give away the main event. He said "You will hear comments from the new WWF Champion" during the Big Boss Man's entrance. You will need to get a tape of the live aring to hear this. The commentary line was cut on the Anthology and the Boss Man's entrance was cut out on the original 'Mania XV DVD release.

So thats why I don't get to see Bossman's Entrance But tbh, I'm suprised that there wan't anyother stuff, it was the 15th, lol and it seems all before had a bit of a sotied ride to it

The Big Ross Man, Vince Russo's booking style peaked at the time of WrestleMania XV.
Not sure how long you have been watching wrestling, but I'm suggesting to dig up some news postings and analyze what you watch.

I've been watching for 10 years come Royal Rumble, so I am biased towards 1999

I heard that HBK wanted Triple H to be in the Rocks postition come WM? Is it true at all? yup.HBK loobied heavily for HHH to win the strap at SS98:Deadly Games. to this day Rock dislikes HHH and HBK because of the hatchet job both tried to do on him from Nov98 onwards.

I'm glad they went with The Rock. Triple H wasn't ready to become world champion at the time.

Can I also ask, why the hell did they swap Gunn's and Dogg's position around?

Can I also ask, why the hell did they swap Gunn's and Dogg's position around? Because Vince Russo loves shock TV and swerving people, despite the fact that it defies all logic. It was complete nonsense because you had Road Dogg deep in the midst of a Hardcore title feud with Al Snow and the Big Boss Man, and Billy Gunn battling for the Intercontinental Championship with the likes of Ken Shamrock, Val Venis, and Goldust. So Vince Russo decided it would be interesting and shocking if they switched places and Road Dogg won the Intercontinental title, while Billy Gunn got tossed in the Hardcore title mix. Reason #352 I'm glad Russo is with TNA and not WWE anymore.
