Not too familar with current NWA but I know alot of the talent. The format also looks really nice and professional. Glad to see Nigel pick up the win in the opening match. Don't realy care for the women's wrestling but reading those matches made them seem awesome. Main Event was cool and glad Pearce won the match in what seemed like a good one. Cool to see the Naitch appearing on the show as well, can't wait to see what else you plan to do with him.

Good idea to host an NWA tour to make it original and fresh once again. Liked the opening match, especially since it built up Nigel McGuiness over this Josh Abercrombie kid. Interesting World Womens Championship match, but I wish Del Ray had won. Ryan winning is alright, dunno much about him though. Wish Up In Smoke won the Tag title match because I only know them. The main event seemed very very fun and good, though I wish Mike Quackenbush won the title. I can't stand Pearce. Could ya drop off a reply to WWF 2000 anytime please, thankyaverymuch.

I really do love the concept of this, RR. I like bringing in different wrestlers each show. The only people on the show that I know are Nigel McGuinness, Mike Quackenbush, Sara Del Rey, MsChif and Joey Ryan. But you are keeping it realistic by bringing in people from the indys.

02/09/2008The NWA announce team of David Marquez & Todd Kenneley thanked everyone for coming to the show, before plugging the first NWA Newswire that goes online straight after the show. Rob Conway Def. Ricky Landell with the “Ego Trip”Certainly a solid opening to the show. Conway came into this with an experience edge, and it certainly showed, with Conway using a number of dirty tactics during the match. Landell is certainly someone to look out for in the future, and at one point got a “Future World Champ” chant. Conway got a much needed win here, since he will be challenging for the World Championship next week. *** -- Adam Pearce was shown backstage, backed up by ‘Super agent’ Larry Sweeny. Sweeny promised that he is bringing Sweet N’ Sour Incorporated to the National Wrestling Alliance, and that they already have the World Championship, and that soon enough, SNS will soon have it’s very own trophy cabinet of NWA gold -- Awesome Kong Def. Jetta with the “Awesome Press”Awesome Kong is easily the most imposing female on the NWA roster, and she made quick work of Jetta during this match. I wouldn’t be surprised if Kong is holding NWA gold within a matter of months. *1/2 Kevin Steen & El Generico Def. Icarus & Gran Akuma when Steen hit the “Package Piledriver” on IcarusThe National Wrestling Alliance continue to make the claim for having the greatest tag team division in America, and this match certainly showed why. Both of these teams are easily strong contenders for the Tag Team titles, and both went all out to claim their right for a shot. Both teams had a perfect mix of stiff strikes and athletic moves, but in the end it was Steen & Generico standing tall, and gaining a title shot next week. ***1/2 -- Ric Flair accompanied Brent Albright to the ring, and cut a promo on how although he cant wrestle, he certainly has found a man who is strong enough to take the NWA World Heavyweight Championship from “that arrogant punk” Adam Pearce in the form of Brent Albright -- Brent Albright Def. Claudio Castagnoli with the “Exploder Suplex”Albright is a former NWA World Heavyweight champion, and is looking to win the title back, but from the looks of this match, Castagnoli is another one to watch. Both men wanted to prove their point, and their performances here, consisting of stiff strikes and impressive hard hitting grapples certainly got the fans into the match, and everyone was cheering for one of these men by the end of things. Castagnoli looked like he was going to get the win, but Albright hit the Exploder Suplex out of nowhere, and gained some more momentum as his title shot gets closer and closer. **** -- After the match Brent Albright’s celebration was interrupted by Larry Sweeny, along with NWA World Heavyweight Champion Adam Pearce. Sweeny taunted Albright, promising him that the World title will remain with Pearce. Albright was too distracted to see Davey Richards coming from behind, and was attacked with a cheap German suplex. Richards proceeded to lay Albright out with the D.R. Driver, before leaving with Pearce and Sweeny -- NWA World Tag Team Championship Match Los Luchas Def. Crossbones & UltraBlack Mantis with the “Double Moonsault”This was a strange choice for the main event, and it is questionable if it was the right choice. Both teams put all their hearts into putting on a great performance, but Phoenix Star was the easy stand out. The match was built around some great high octane action and a number of high spots. The longer the match went on the more the crowd got into it, and by then end of it a few of them were almost falling out of their seats. Los Luchas picked up the win, and now face a big match against Kevin Steen & El Generico. ***1/2

As a good of a wrestler as MsChif is, I think that it's time for the belt to be put back on Awesome Kong. Big win for Steenerico, it seems. I'm a big fan of F.I.S.T., so if they won, I would've been happy, too. I've never thought too highly of Los Luchas, so I'm hoping that Steen and Generico take the titles off them at the next event. Overall, a decent show. Nice effort, RR.

A good show but the first show looked better, Conway getting face pop? and going for title, please don't make him win, great SnS promo, Kong meh, Steenerico winning makes this seem a mix between ROH and Chikara but thats fine, Glad Albright wan hes awsome while I''m not a fan of Claud, I don't think I have ever seen Los Luchas but they seem like a good team, Push Up in Smoke, good luck

NWA Newswire- We can confirm that following the month’s NWA Revolution tour the National Wrestling Alliance’s schedule will alter. NWA will begin holding shows on a Wednesday and Thursday as they do current, but the shows will not be weekly. This will give us a chance to bring you more action on each card, without burning any of our stars out. This doesn’t mean any changes to our product though, and you will still be seeing the same great NWA action every show. - Following the heinous attack by Davey Richards on Brent Albright the NWA board of directors have agreed to give Albright a match with Richards, as well as announcing a tag team bout between Brent Albright & Rob Conway taking on Adam Pearce & Davey Richards. Both of these big matches will take place this coming weekend. - ‘Super Agent’ Larry Sweeny made it perfectly clear that he intends to create an NWA division of Sweet N’ Sour Inc., and made a statement by getting Davey Richards to take out Brent Albright. Who else will Sweeny bring into SNS Inc.? - MsChif successfully defended the NWA Women’s Championship at a recent SHIMMER show against SHIMMER star Nikki Roxx.

08/09/2008-- The NWA announce team of David Marquez & Todd Kenneley thanked everyone for coming to the show, plugging tonight’s big NWA World Tag Team Championship match -- MsChif Def. Jetta with the “Code Green”MsChif showed a new level of viciousness here, and there were times when it looked like MsChif was going to seriously hurt Jetta. MsChif put Jetta away with the “Code Green” in impressive fashion. *1/2 -- Post match Awesome Kong’s music hit, and the mountain of a female made her way to the ring. Kong and MsChif went nose to nose, and Kong pointed at the NWA World Women’s Championship before MsChif left the ring -- Joey Ryan Def. Ricky Landall with the “Mustache Ride”It’s interesting that the National Wrestling Alliance are really putting their time into pushing younger talent, and with matches as good as this it really isn’t a surprise. Ryan really impressed while Landall, while still having a lot to learn, really has a lot of talent. Landall looked close to getting the win, but Ryan wasn’t giving up, and hit the Mustache Ride for the win. *** -- The NWA announce team of David Marquez & Todd Kenneley plugged former two time National Wrestling Alliance World Champion Christian Cage, who will make an appearance on tomorrow’s show -- Mike Quackenbush Def. Icarus with the “Quacken-Rana”This could very well be the surprise match of the night. Quackenbush can make near enough anyone look good, but it didn’t take much work with Icarus, who really put on a great performance. Gran Akuma was at ringside, and did attempt to get involved a number of times, but Quack stopped him every time. Icarus took himself out of the match when he missed a suicide dive from inside the ring to the outside, and Quack just rolled Icarus into the ring and delivered the Quacken-Rana for the win. **** -- Larry Sweeny, along with Adam Pearce & Davey Richards, made his way to the ring holding a contract. Sweeny plugged Sweet N’ Sour Inc. And announced that he has a contract ready and waiting for Mike Quackenbush to sign. Quack just looked at him, laughed and told Sweeny he hasn’t got a chance. With those words Davey Richards jumped Quack from behind. Brent Albright and Rob Conway made the save to kick off the next match -- Adam Pearce & Davey Richards Def. Brent Albright & Rob Conway following Interference by Joey RyanA superb tag match that had a great story to it, building up to their single match’s tomorrow night. Albright really took the fight to Richards whenever they were in the ring, while also putting on some excellent stiff exchanges with Pearce. Conway didn’t look terrible, but from his performance here I wouldn’t bet on him winning the title tomorrow night. The ending stretch saw the referee lose control of the match as all four men brawled. This led to Joey Ryan running the shock interference and laying Conway out with the Mustache Ride. This led to Pearce getting the pin on Conway for the win. **** -- Post match Adam Pearce, Davey Richards and the newest addition to Sweet N’ Sour Inc. Joey Ryan continued their assault on Brent Albright and Rob Conway when unfamiliar music hit, and former WWE wrestler Trevor Murdock made the save, clearing the ring to a massive reaction from the fans -- NWA World Tag Team Championship Match Kevin Steen & El Generico Def. Los Luchas when Steen hit the “Package Piledriver” on Zokre to become the 2nd Champions of the NWA Pro EraThere were some doubts that this could be a legitimate main event, but when the match really got going it became clear that this was the match of the night. Steen & Generico were the clear fan favourites from the start of the match, but Los Luchas put on a superb performance, and they came very close to retaining the titles a number of times. Steen seemed to have a hard time restricting the speed of Los Luchas, but he used his power advantage to keep control, and mixed in Generico’s high octane moves they eventually took control, and Steen connected with the Package Piledriver on Zokre to get the pinfall, and win the titles. **** -- Post match Kevin Steen and El Generico were officially crowned as the new National Wrestling Alliance World Tag Team Champions. Steen & Generico celebrated with the titles as the crowd went crazy --

Some interesting matches here. Enjoyed reading Mike against Icarus, which looked like a solid match. Like the push Conway is getting even though I never thought much of him in the past. Glad to see the NWA Tag Title match on last. Even better that Steen and El Generico won the belts. Not even sure who the Los Luchas are but glad they lost the straps anyway.

The Revolution will continue, but in a different lightOctober 9th 2008 The National Wrestling Alliance are sad to announce that the NWA Revolutions tour has been cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. However all tickets will be honoured for future shows, which we can announce will kick off with a big double shot next month to kick of a truly new era in the National Wrestling Alliance. Thank you for being patient with us during this time, but rest assure that the NWA will continue to bring you the best wrestling around, starting the 5th and 6th of November.

NWA “Rebirth” Full Results 05/10/2008; Indiana ________________________________________
-- I got to the arena about ten minutes before start time, David Marquez & new colour commentator Dave Prazak were already in the announce position. There were around 2,000 people in attendance, pretty much sold out. --
Dark Match:
0) Kenny Omega Defeated Ricky Landell with the Dragon Rush. **
Main Show:
-- Sweet N’ Sour Inc. kicked off the show, with NWA World Champion Adam Pearce talking about the six man tag main event later tonight. It wasn’t anything special until Larry Sweeny butted in, and promised that the NWA will soon feel his hostile takeover. –
1) Awesome Kong Defeated Jetta with the Awesome Bomb. Christ, Kong is a beast, she scared the hell out of me when she walked past the front row. Jetta put her heart and soul into trying to win, but Kong, well, she crushed her. I wouldn’t be surprised to see her win the NWA Women’s championship soon. **
2) El Generico Defeated Zokre with the Brainbustaaaaahhhhh. Superb match, possibly the best I’ve seen from Zokre, although to be fair, I’ve not seen a lot from Zokre. Generico is still one of my favorite guys on the roster, and I’m expecting him to keep the Tag Team titles for some time yet. ***
3) Up In Smoke Defeated Icarus & Gran Akuma with the Partly Cloudy with a Chance of Cheech. I had mixed feelings on this match. I’m a big fan of Up In Smoke, but Icarus & Gran Akuma just didn’t impress me here. I’m expecting some new teams to be brought in soon, because it seems like NWA are focused on building a solid tag team division. **1/2
-- Kenny Omega made his way to the ring, and talked about how he plans on making an impact in the NWA. It was certainly a pleasant surprise to see him out here, since I was sure it was a onetime only dark match. --
4) Kevin Steen Defeated Phoenix Star via submission with the Sharpshooter. Another superb match building up to the big tag team championship rematch tomorrow night. I would love to see Steen get a singles run sometime down the line, since he pulled of a great performance here tonight. I’m still not sold on either member of Los Luchas though. ***
-- Prior to his match Mike Quackenbush talked about how he is a fighting champion, and will put the title on the line anytime, anywhere. Expect this to be used to bring in some new challengers for the NWA Junior Heavyweight championship --
5) Claudio Castagnoli & Mike Quackenbush Defeated Crossbones & UltraMantis Black with the Ricola Bomb on Crossbones. Holy s**t. If there was any team I wasn’t expecting to see tonight it was Castagnoli & Quackenbush, but they could very well be one of the most interesting teams from tonight’s action. I’m big fans of Crossbones & Mantis, but they didn’t stand a chance tonight, but their performances deserve a mention. ***1/2
6) Nigel McGuiness Defeated Jigsaw with the Jawbreaker Lariat. Apparently Jigsaw is the second new addition to the NWA roster to appear on tonight’s show, and in epic fashion might I add. I was expecting a simple McGuiness squash match, but Jigsaw took him to the limit, and at one moment I almost thought he could win. Alas it was not to be, and the McGuiness train runs on through another casualty. I’m expecting big things from both of these men though, and both have to be favourites for this tournament next month. ****
-- Post match McGuiness grabbed a microphone and started talking about respect, and how he isn’t getting any. He promised to run on through anyone who gets in his way in order to take respect. Pretty nice promo to be fair. --
7) Adam Pearce, Davey Richards & Joey Ryan Defeated Brent Albright, Rob Conway & Trevor Murdock with the Mustache Ride on Conway. Solid main event, and definitely my match of the night. I can’t emphasize just how good Joey Ryan’s performance was, and hopefully the NWA officials spot this and give him a chance to prove himself. Both teams got in their fair share of offence, and the match went a solid twenty minutes plus before Larry Sweeney attempted to get involved, only to receive an elbow to the side of the skull from Albright. Ryan got one of his biggest pin falls to date here. ****
Overall thoughts: A solid return from NWA Pro, with two big debuts from Kenny Omega and Jigsaw. Tomorrow night looks to be even bigger, with both the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and the NWA World Tag Team Championships on the line. Overall rating - ***1/2

I'm liking the live report of what exactly went on at a live NWA Pro Wrestling event. Kenny Omega in action in the dark match is good. Good hype for the main event with that segment, the six man tag team match should be decent. Awesome Kong picking up the win over Jetta is good, I presume that is a female wrestling match, good way to put Kong over. El Generico beating Zokre is okay, unsure about who Zokre is so it's good that Generico picked up the win. Up In Smoke beating Icarus and Gran Akuma, that'd be a great match, but it seemed average by that star rating, good you're also using that technique in the layout. Kevin Steen beating Phoenix Star is okay, unsure about Star, but Steen winning is good. Decent segment wth Mike Quackenbush, I was really hoping to see him in title action, though, especially when he's NWA World Light-Heavyweight Champion. I mean usually there's at least one title at stake on any show, well those that I've seen. Nigel McGuinness beating Jigsaw, that would be an awesome match, good debut for Jigsaw. The main event was special, seemed like an awesome six man tag team match, some familiar faces in that match. Joey Ryan picking up the win is intriguing.
Reply to WCW 1999 please?

The layout is pretty good, although I actually think that your previous one is better. Glad to see Kenny Omega in there, hopefully he works his way up. Kong in there is interesting, although to keep it Indy-like, maybe she should be called Amazing Kong? Glad Generico picked up the W in his match. Nice, Omega getting some time on the actual show itself. Glad Quack & Claudio picked up the W, they're a solid team. I hope to see Nigel in a future title match, but not as champ. Sounded like a solid main event to close things. Overall nice solid show, it's a breath of fresh air to see something different.

Very CHIKARA-ish, Mike and Claud sound good not much of a fan of Crossbone and Mantis, pretty happy Nigel won hes awsomme, cool that Jigsaw is here, main event looks star studded, and like you said push Joey Ryan, good luck and keep this going

NWA “Revelations” Full Results 06/11/2008; Indiana ________________________________________
-- I got here with plenty of time on my hands, so I wasted a few talking to other attendees, theyre pretty excited to be fair, with Pearce vs. Albright being the big match for the night. --
Dark Match:
0) Up In Smoke defeated Ricky Landell & David Babylon when Cheech defeated David Babylon by pinfall with a Shooting Star Press. **
Main Show:
-- Brent Albright kicked off tonight’s show with a short promo about the big NWA World Heavyweight Championship match tonight. Not a bad opening, although there were a few sections of the arena that weren’t overly interested. Bring on the wrestling.
1) Kenny Omega defeated Josh Abercrombie with a Aoi Shoudou. Omega continues to impress in his first ‘main show’ match with NWA Pro. Abercrombie is impressive, but his performance was lacking here, and I just felt underwhelmed. **
-- Mike Quackenbush made his way out to the ring, apparently for some sort of open challenge. Moments later Hi69 (apparently making his US debut according to the ring announcer) made his way out for the match. --
2) NWA World Junior Championship Match – Mike Quackenbush defeated Hi69 by submission with a Lightning Lock. Although I knew Quack was never going to drop the title tonight, the match was alot closer than I ever expected. Hi69’s debut was solid, although he will have to do a bit more to prove himself as a top star of the World Junior division. 1st Defence. ***
3) Amazing Kong & MsChif defeated Jetta & Sara Del Rey when Amazing Kong defeated Jetta by with the Amazing Bomb. I really like that the women’s division is being used as such an influential part of the promotion, although to be fair they do need to add a few new women to the roster. The build up to Chif vs. Kong only continued here, with the two nearly coming to blows a number of times. Great way to build to one of the biggest women matches in recent years. ***
-- They had a small intermission before the big three matches of the night, and at the same time cut what I can only expect to be a DVD only promo with Nigel McGuiness. I managed to catch it as I cued, and overheard McGuiness talking about coming for the winner of Pearce/ Albright. --
4) NWA World Tag Team Championship Match - El Generico & Kevin Steen defeated Los Luchas when Kevin Steen defeated Phoenix Star with a Package Piledriver. The big tag team rematch didn’t fail to impress, and could be a candidate for match of the night. Los Luchas really stepped it up, and I take back any doubts I had of their ability in the ring, although I still believe Steen & Generico are two of the hottest acts in the NWA right now. The ending stretch saw all four men in the ring in a really fast paced series of moves, ending with Steen hitting the Package Piledriver. 1st Defence. ****
5) Joey Ryan defeated Rob Conway with a Mustache Ride. I will give it to Ryan, he’s definitely a future NWA World Champion in my books. I was expecting him to get a pretty lacklustre reaction, but it was completely the opposite, the fans were out of their seats when he got the pinfall. Conway may not be sticking around too much longer, since he seems to be jobbing quite a bit. The match was pretty even though, and at times Conway could of got the win, but he never managed it, and the Joey Ryan train continues. ***1/2
-- Ryan grabbed a microphone after the match, and cut a solo promo about how he is the coolest guy around, and how he is bringing the radicalness (yes, strictly not a word) back to wrestling. I really do love the guy. --
6) NWA World Heavyweight Championship Match - Adam Pearce defeated Brent Albright with a Big Splash. The big match of the night didn’t fail to impress, it had a great mix of technical grappling along with some really rough brawling. Both men know how to connect with stiff shots, and just seemed to be stiffing the hell out of each other for fun, which really got the crowd in raptures. I didn’t really expect Albright to walk away with the title, but at times it looked like it was going to happen, only for Larry Sweeney to get involved, although he once again was left on the ground by an elbow. Excellent ending stretch, with the crowd really booing loudly when Pearce got the pinfall. 1st Defence. ****1/2
Overall Thoughts: A great ending to the week, and a sure fire showing that the NWA is back with style. Pearce vs. Albright was certainly the highlight that everybody was expecting, and it leaves me wondering who will step up to the plate next. ****

I'm hoping you bring Up In Smoke more up the card, a win over two wrestlers I don't know, okay, that's fine. Brent Albright hyping up the show is fine, hope he wins his match. Kenny Omega beating Josh Abercrombie is fine, seemed like a good light-heavyweight way to open up NWA. Omega picking up the win is interesting. Good defense of the NWA World Light-Heavyweight Championship by Mike Quackenbush. Solid defense but unsure of who Hi69 is. Solid womens tag team match, Awesome Kong and MsChif beating Jetta and Sarah Del Ray is okay. Oh nice, an NWA World Tag Team Campionship match. Awesome defense by El Generico and Kevin Steen over Los Luchas. Joey Ryan beating Rob Conway is awesomely unique. Awesome main event for the NWA Heavyweight Championship by Adam Pearce.

this is a pretty fun diary, I'd love to see Cheerleader Melissa & Mercedes Martinez add to the women's division as well as Lacey.
Wouldn't mind seeing Teddy Hart and Jack Evans as a tag team or single stars as well as having some TNA One-Off apperances and the possible apperance by former WWE guys like Kenny Dykstra, La Resistance, Paul London & Elijah Burke.
Wouldn't mind seeing an eastcoast show with Jason Blade & Eddie Edwards & Eddie Kingston on it.
