I'm such a huge fan of your customs. I feel bad that I can't give a huge constructive criticism of these guys, since all I know about them is that a majority wrestle for Chikara. Therefore I can't really say how accurate any of their attires are and so forth. Still, your customs just flat out look good, and are a very welcome break from the casual WWE figures we see done on here.
The only error I see in some of these figures is that you didn't use the thin arm mold. Still, it's a minor thing to pick at, considering how smooth everything else looks.

Thanks. I'm aware of the arms thing. I'm having a hell of a time locating any figures with said arms. Hopefully I can buy up a load of Colin Delaney figures in the future. Those are sure to work wonders for CHIKARA guys.

Man, those are all fantastic. The painting and sculpting on all of them is perfect. I know alot less about them than i would like too, but they just look incredible. Are you using vinyl for the mask and costume designs on some of them? That's really nice.
Is UltraMantis's mask supposed to look like Kamen Rider V3? Because it does, and it's awesome.

I am pretty sure he uses Vinyl since I have ordered customs from CMD often and he had used Vinyl on those.

wow jc is awesome!!! looks just like him at iwa's 05 kotdm. the chikara guys are good to expicaly the ice cream guys they look good.

Whoever has these custom's are very lucky people.
They are all amazingly brilliant, Los Ice Creams look as those they wouldn't be very playable though. ;[
Although I gotta say the sculpy on everything is so smooth and amazingly professional looking.
JC Bailey is by far the best Bailey i've ever ever seen & MCK is a very very lucky boy. ;]
I love BLKOUT, just wish they we're RA otherwise I would of had them all. ;[
Again, CMD - Truely amazing job. I always look forward to seeing your stuff.
Best in the Business atm, imo. :]

You have always been one of my all-time favorite customizers. and yes, I used PVC Vinyl (from a 3-ring binder) for certain elements that would be difficult to sculpt, like Lance Steel's mask and armor. Good eye. The original UltraMantis mask, which he wore from his debut in 2002 until his rudo turn in 2004 is directly based on Kamen Rider. After his rudo turn, he started donning a similar mask, but in black and red, and starting in 05, the mask design on the current one. -CMD |

Excellent as always, CMD. I'd love to add constructive criticism and dissect them and all that, but you're so far above almost everybody else here that I usually just hit up your latest topic, behold the goodness, and hit up a quick reply.
You're definitely one of the best indy customizers on here. Even though my interest in RA/DA figures has completely vanished by this point, I still recognize that no one does 'em quite like you.
Keep up the good work, as always.

Your sculpting, painting, and overall attention to detail is just phenomenal. I don't know who any of these guys are, but they are all fantastically done. The people ordering them are definitely getting their money's worth.
