The face and hair is mostly all wrong, I don't think DDP was a slender and skinny as this figure leads him to be. I also prefered DDP in blue jeans and a sleeveless t-shirt or the vest. I was a big DDP fan back in the day. BANG!

Alright, finally figured out a good lighting set-up and finished a few new fix-ups, so thought I would post. I've borrowed my dad's old digital camera, so the pic quality isn't the greatest still, but whatever. You get the point: Serena - Very simple in her Straight Edge Society look. Head is from a TTL Tori, the body is a Mickie James mattel, and the shirt is Natalya's with the right boob sculpted over as well. Kaitlyn is a Natalya with Kelly Kelly's thighs. Didn't feel like doing another full skintone paint job after Serena, so I simplified it. That match isn't perfect, but it works for me. I sculpted on her top to account for the weird shape of the outfit and in the process made her a bit more busty. (I'm aware that it needs another coat on her shorts). Here's a better picture of my Bobby Roode. It's a HHH with Roode's Toybiz/Marvel head. I want to find some shorter calves for him, but this will do for now. And I'm still willing to part with this fully articulated Elite resurrected Kane if somebody makes a fair offer. Very nice, much better pick of Bobby Roode, so is Kaitlyn the chick in signature? She's hardly on TV. Cute as a button though.

would be cool if you could make owen's shorts a little bit longer. I think it looks awesome though. I'd love to use the lower half of Tyson Kidd like the others have for the shorts but the price for him here in OZ is way too expensive...Only lower half with shorts I have on hand is Jack Swagger and that would make him too tall. would swapping out calves or boots on swagger make him shorter?

After the staining I found from my Owen singlet I grabbed a cheap Bret and created this...no cracking torsos, all simple part swaps Finally finished Hardy the way I wanted And a Scott Hall I threw together from spare parts would be cool if you could make owen's shorts a little bit longer. I think it looks awesome though. Scott Hall looks like its coming along nicely. Are you going to paint him like Razor Ramon or nWo Scott Hall?

3 questions 1. What's the recipe for hulk hogan? I have an r3 head, I dunno what body to use elite 2. Ted dibiase, what's the elite recipe for him? And 3, has anyone ace toned the white on the calves of terry funk? Is it flesh toned underneath? I want to make ric flair. Hogan Recipe is Texas Tornado body with Ezekiel Jackson Knee Pads, and Macho Man Legends 5/All-Stars boots.

Bundy's face is rounder... the face on there looks like Billy Gunn without hair.

Does anyone know which Mattel figure has the big red knee pads/leg sleeves as some of you call them?

I know these don't match up to my Brets but here's some stuff I did today. First is an original character I made with spare parts. I call him the Blob. I gave him that name because he reminds me of the X-Men villain. It's a Dusty Rhodes body with an Elite 4 Big Show head, Kane calves and boots, and Kozlov arms. Next is a JBL I'm working on. It's an RA head on a Wade Barrett lower body and Steve Austin torso. The arms are from Dusty Rhodes. I still need to paint the trunks. Mucc, I think JBL was a bit more heavyset than the Austin toro lead him to be. You need something in between an Austin and a Jim Duggan, I can't put my finger on who to suggest, maybe a Koslov, I don't know.

It seems like a lot of people are using Texas Tornado's to make Hulk Hogan, question though Kerry Von Erich was 6'2 and Hulk Hogan is 6'7 would Macho Man tall boots alone make up the 5 inch difference or would you need to swap calves too? Just curious for anyone who has tried it.

I don't have a Bossman yet. Here's the heart although it should be a little more to his left, but that would have put it in the articulation point. So this will have to do Did this version of The Hitman have any writing on the back of his trunks?

[glow=red,2,300][/glow] yea, darken the skin tone with shoe polish, here is what i've done , the legs have not been touched, its a very delicate task however to distribute the polish evenly, its a hillbilly jim btw Do you know if the skin tone of that particular Hogan head would match up with Texas Tornado's body? I know your using a Hillbilly Jim for yours but I personally was thinking of trying something a bit more simple. I appreciate your technique though, that is a good idea.

That right there is a DX Shrine , No love for the other DX Members? It reminds me of the WWE when the make DX DVD's selective history. Road Dogg, Billy Gunn, and X-Pac, and Chyna played vital roles, especially in the absence of HBK.

For sure, ill post pics of my martel within the next 2 weeks when my rsc order arrives. Id recommend trying a torso crack on a figure you cant take a chance on (using hot water to crack) but its very addictive and will burn holes in your wallet thanks for the words on my slaughters Ideally what I want to try is to put a Jakks UFC Brock Lesnar head/arms/torso on a Mattel Legends Demolition Smash lower half, and acetoning off the studs on the tights and the chest tattoo, and being brave in trying to paint the tailbone design on the back of the trunks. That and I want to make a late 80's/early 90's Hulk Hogan. If I knew I could be super steady and accurate with the paint I would try to make Elite version that were more accurate versions of CM Punk/Macho Man battle pack. I just don't see getting the stars and text to look professional. I hate basic legs and crotch pieces, when you move the legs it distorts whatever design is on the trunks area. Yeah money is an issue. I kind of blew a third of my tax-return money on figures and the Elite Scale Ring. I've only been collecting since December, when I first picked up a CM Punk Elite 11 at Walmart, and then in January i picked up a Macho Man Legends 5 at Toys R Us, and then I had to buy the RSC Macho King, and it just kind of snowballed. The only Jakks I had prior to this was The Hollywood Blondes, just because I ran across them in 2007 at Toys R Us, and remember how cool of a team they were back in the day. Then like about a month ago when I got my tax returns, I was like I have to get a Stone Cold Steve Austin, then I was like I have to get a Rock, and so o an so forth.

Do you guys remember Survivor Series 1993 when Bret, Owen, Bruce, and Keith faced Shawn Michaels and Jerry Lawler's knights. Owen, Bruce and Keith wore the Black Bret Hart singlets and Bret wore the all pink singlet without long tights. I thought this was a cool look, kind of unique and different for The Hitman. Also I believe this was Owen's first time wearing his iconic black singlet. Fun memories. That was also when Owen turned on the family. What I really remember was that Bret and Owen had cool singlets and Kieth and Bruce had crap singlets in comparison. I think its because the shorts are separate and since Keith and Bruce were just making one time appearances at this Event they didn't try as hard to blend. Where as Bret and Owen were permanent full-time guys. Do you remember Owen's blue outfit that looked like Bret's except it was blue, I think it might have had pink or red on the sides?

Apoc, let us know how that turns out. I like how your Sgt. Slaughters turned out after you painted them a second time. I am really impressed with what everybody's done here it fascinates me. I've only done some head and arm and leg swaps. Haven't worked my way up to cracking a torso or painting just yet. I mostly collect Macho Man, Stone Cold, and CM Punk figures, I have a Rock figure too.

Is it possible to trim a little off the top and a little off the bottom of the larger knee pads to make them look more accurate? I never tried it myself, but its just a suggestion, or more of a question really. I've seen people trim the large kneepads. I'm personally not a fan of the way it looks. Didn't someone say before they were working of pink Rick The Model Martel, what knee pads were they using, and might they be compatible with your Bret?

I had talked about this for a little bit and now there are here. My Bret Hart fixups. Simple torso swaps, but I think they look fantastic. I love the Attitude era DX figures. I only wish you had some New Age Outlaws, X-Pac, and Chyna figures.

I know its not your fault, but those pink knee pads look monsterous on Bret.... Didn't Bret sometimes wear pink knee pads with the black tights and black knee pads with the pink tights, or am I just imagining that?
