I made an A-Train a while back and now that he has come back I decided to show him. I just need his tattoos and he will be all set Also here is an update on my Elite Jeff Hardy. I just need his arms and head to arive in the mail. I'm using his TNA toybiz arms and R3 head. I like your A-Train so far. Those look like Jim Duggan arms and may Jim Duggan's tights painted black, possibly torso? It looks just like A-Train minus the tattoos. Awesome job keep up the good work. I don't know how to give good karma, but good job.

Looks awesome, brother! what formula did you use? And where did you find that bandana? Texas Tornado Body and hands Macho Man boots and arms (for the white wrist tape) And if I'm not mistaken I got that bandana from the Hogan, Beefcake, Jimmy Hart 3 pack. Very cool, bro. Only thing I would do different and I wouldn't even know where to find it, is I would do a red bandana instead of yellow. If I can find the parts cheaply I would make that. Which Hogan head did you use by the way? I am just curious because I know most Jakks head are too big or disproportionate to the Mattel bodys. Can he look down it looks like he is looking up to the Heavens or the crowd.

Some much needed manager WIPs Jimmy isn't close to finished, lots of painting to do, harts all over coat & pants, attach head (it's only resting on neck) attach hands, paint shoes, etc. He'll get some shades then once he's ready. Finally a Jimmy that doesn't tower over his men!! Elizabeth might get her sequins painted white. MIGHT. I'm lazy, we'll see. The Doctor of Style needs a Miz fedora, or Rocky (boxer) fedora and sunglasses, and a cane to finish him off. The DCUC body is a place holder until I get my mitts on a Mr. McMahon or Michael Cole body. I like the slimness of him, but he's a bit too short. My favorite random Royal Rumble winner: This guy's a fricking monster! He's taller than Andre! How can I get him a hair shorter than Andre?!? As an alternative to fixing Big John Studd, you could just give Andre the Giant taller boots, like Undertaker or Million Dollar Man boots. But if you really want to make Studd shorter, I would reccomend Hacksaw Jim Duggan calves. and just paint them white, or shorter red boots as previously suggested. I like your setup by the way, with the crowd and the banners. Is that a Jakks RSC or a customized a Mattel ESR? I like the traditional red, white, and blue ropes and blue ring posts. Might be, but I doubt it a TTTT ring, it looks bigger in the picture. Oh and like someone else alrady said your Elizabeth does look more like Woman than Elizabeth.

Finally, a PROPER pic of my recent fix-ups (haha). Here is Bobby Roode, Kane, and Cena. I might ebay Kane and Cena cause they were both just made from spare parts. Roode is something I had wanted to do for a while, and when I ended up with two HHHs thanks to the BOPPV set, I decided to finally do it. Your Bobby Roode based on what I can see in the picture looks more like Batista on my computer screen.

I forgot, I also have a Macho Man Bashin' Brawler, he had talking feature at some point, it was removed before I got it. My parents won it, DDP, and Kevin Nash at a Christmas party playing Dirty Santa. Someone thought they were worthless, but my mom knew I would like them.

I feel kind of luck in hindsight to have picked up a CM Punk Elite 11 at my Walmart back in December. I found it on an island in the Grocery department, of all places, with some other Mattel WWE figures. I feel pretty fortunate because I see what people are asking for this figure now on EBay and Amazon, and its like $30, $40, $50+ Man that's crazy. But Punk is hugely popular, probably the most popular of all current WWE superstars, factor that with a outfit that's strikingly similar to what he wore at The Money in The Bank PPV, the best hyped PPV of last year in my opinion. MITB was better than Wrestlemania 27, except for maybe The Undertaker vs Triple H match. That Wrestlemania match was epic and brutal, and really stole the show.

Been do'in some trading and fixing up.....haven't really bought much as there is NOTHING around me to buy....okay, no whining let's get to those COLOR photographs: I found this a couple of weeks back: and with some hard work, I turned it into this:Since the Legends Macho Man was released, I really wanted the pink tights, however I hated the short boots, so I had an extra MM and did the switch. I also bought an extra Elite punk so I could specifically do this upper torso switch-a-roo. I love the way it looks....the only thing is that I ran out of the pepsi/cobra tattoos which I got from The Dean. Here is a couple of quick fixes.....the KVE in blue is pretty cool and I would trade/sell this fig if the deal is right....I have the other Legends KVE...just made this one up out of extra parts lying around. I also switched out the knee pads on the Santino fig....not sure if I like this one or not.....would like to know what you think. So far, this is my MCole fix-up....just wanting on that BOPPV Bret like everyone else.....I did try this by putting it a top the lower, black legs of a Rock fig I have (listed on my trade page now-link below), but it made Cole look 6'5....didn't work at all. Here is a quick Randy Orton fix-up:....each fig has a head switch & the WM 27 Basic fig also has a set of Elite arms/tatts...slight changes, but improved non the less. Here is a fix-up of the only DB fig I have (and will probably ever own)..its the Elite figure, with the head/shirt from the BOPPV.This next one is cool because I just got it a couple of hours ago...bought it on clearance at a local WalMart for $3:I figure I will paint this fig black and go for a One Man Gang...I am thinking even if I screw-it-up, I am only out $3...will trade the hat & shirt if you want it.Finally, gonna finish up strong with a couple of killer figs:I traded for both of these figs.....just love this Sheamus fig...not crazy about he color of the hair, but I like the scan...and the HHH fig is really cool, especially since I was at WM 27 last year......I have one MOC (still has the Michael Cole torso) too. Just updated my EXTENSIVE trade page-be sure to surf over there and see what cool things I have.
Peace out, -Wagdaddy
hey broski, how hard was it to change out the boots? I only ask because I know the pink tights Macho Man is a Basic figure and the correct boots are found on the All-Star or Legends Macho Man. I am thinking of doing this myself, but I just wanted to know if the standard heating up the part/joints in hot water and making the swap will be as simple as that. I appreciate your feedback. Well I tried to switch my Macho Man to the taller boots, and even used Hacksaw Jim Duggan's calves to shorten him up a bit and he still towered over the rest of my collection, so I put the short boots on with the Duggan Calves and now he's the right height, except now there is a slight gap between the boots and the calves. What was your formula, WagDaddy?

It'd be nice to merge the too lines together, I am less concerned about torso articulation as I am about the leg articulation. I don't like Basics because if there is a logo or writing on the crotch or back of the wrestlers tights or trunks, when you move or adjust the legs it distorts what it says. With Elites that doesn't happen. So basically what I am saying Basic from the waist up, and Elite from the waist down. 1 accessory is enough, and not every wrestler needs an accessory. That's just my opinion.

Hey Kitten Mittens, I dig your collection, man. Nice It's Always Sunny reference too by the way. I totally relate to your situation. I quit watching WWE in 2009, and picked back up again this past summer around the time CM Punk gave his famous worked shoot promo. I became a even bigger CM Punk fan than I previously was. So this past December I am at my local Walmart in the grocery department getting my grocery's and they have all these islands of impulse buy Christmas gift ideas, one of them had Mattel WWE figures, and then I saw it the CM Punk Elite 11 with the Nexus shirt and arm band and the outfit that looked pretty close to what he wore at the Money in the Bank PPV. I was like I have to have this. Thats what started my Mattel collection around the same time as yours. Unfortunately for me and coincidentally enough I was also fired from my job 2 weeks before Christmas after 15 month of loyal and faithful service. I was wrongfully terminated, so I wound up on unemployment, its like mid-march and I working part time at Pizza Hut and trying to find something that pays similar to what my previous job paid. My unemployment was cut off for 5 weeks due to an investigation into the amount of hours I was working at Pizza Hut, luckily my tax return money came in in time to cover my bills. My unemployment was restored as I knew it would because I did nothing wrong, and I was paid 5 weeks worth of back pay, so I did a little more figure shopping and bought some more dress clothes for my work search. So I feel ya bro. I wanted to show you my collection, I've done a few fix-ups on some of my figures. Let me know what you think.

I think the specific flaw is the design of the Elite packaging, its designed so, you can open the figure without damaging the packaging. Sure thats great for the collectors who ride the fence on collecting MOC or loose so they can have best of both worlds, but it make it so easy to be deceitful and pull the switcheroos with lesser figures such as basics, jakks, or maybe a completely different elite, or perhaps just taking an accessory and return the figure. Its wrong. I don't blame the ignorant store employees/customer service. They don't watch wrestling they don't know who these guys are or what they're supposed to look like. Like other people said they should put the picture of the figure on the box. Jakks does that, and not to piss the fence straddlers off, but make tamper proof packaging thats not resealable. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. You got it right with the Basic Series and 2 Packs.

I like the loose, they are fun to look at next to each other and you can pose them, put on and take off the accessories, plus there are those of us that like to do fix ups or customize. When I was a kid I had all the WCW Galoob, the U.S. versions anyhow, and I had a pretty decent Hasbro collection as well as the Hasbro Ring. I sold most of my collection at a yard sale when I was in the 7th or 8th grade to further my comic book or basketball card collection. I only kept my Macho Man and Macho King Hasbro figures. I even had a home made steel cage my dad made out of wood. I remember when I was in college I tried collecting again, I had a Jakks Pacific Jeff Jarret with the Don't Tick Me Off shirt, and some Toy Biz Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and Scott Steiner. I quit watching wrestling, and all TV for that matter, for a year, between a religious experience and improved social life during college. So I threw my figures away. I still kept my Hasbro Macho Man and Macho King though. I just got back into collecting this past December. My modest collection is sitting a top a rolling filing cabinet. I recently purchased an Elite Scale Ring on Ebay, and am looking into purchasing a folding card table to put the Elite Scale Ring on because its wider filing cabinet.

Are you an Okie? I see the Yard Dawgs in the background.. man i miss them Yup, sure am, I live in OKC. I miss the Yard Dawgs too, our team always sucked, but it was fun going to the games. I had a friend who had front row seats. So we occasionally got to talk to players from opposing teams. My nearest Walmart has mostly Alberto Del Rio's, Wade Barrett's, Rick Martel's, and Rey Mysterio's. I was lucky to find a CM Punk Elite 11 at Walmart, on a island in the the grocery department back around Christmas time. That was my first Mattel, then I got a Legends 5 Macho Man at the Toys R Us that is near Quail Springs Mall. Then once I had that I had to order The Macho King from Ringside Collectibles...and so on and so forth. When I was kid I had a bunch more Hasbro's and all the WCW Galoob figures. Macho Man has always been my favorite, so I kept his Hasbro's. I still need to get Macho Man's Defining Moments figure. Why is Natalya wearing a Sooners jersey? Are you bummed about not having wrestling coming to town anymore, thanks to the UFC and The Oklahoma State Athletic Commission?

I recently did my very first fix ups, I kind of went on figure spree with my tax-returns, and I got the Punk/Austin All-Stars 2 Pack, Macho Man/JoMo All-Stars 2 Pack, and two Punk/Macho Man Battle Packs (I got an extra set for parts). I also got The Rock Elite 14, and The Rock Entrance Great. I bought a loose Austin Legend 1, a pair of Mattel knee braces, and a loose Hacksaw Jim Duggan Legends on Ebay. I also got the Classic Superstars LJN style chase figures of Austin and The Rock. I also picked up a a MOC WWEShop.com Exclusive Jakks Austin. I also got a good deal on Ebay for a Ring Giants Triple H in his 2006 DX trucks and with the beard with the shaved chin. So here are the fix-ups I did. Let me preface by saying I love The Rock's attitude era look with the long sideburns. So I swapped The Rock's Entrance Great head onto The Rock's Elite 14 body, so he is Elite style now with the full Samoan tattoo. I am not sure what you guys might think of this, its just a personal preference of mine. Next I swapped heads with my All-Stars Punk and my extra Battle Pack CM Punk, I also gave my All-Stars Punk the Nexus shirt and arm band from my Elite 11 Punk. I gave my Elite 11 Punk the microphone that came with The Elite 14 The Rock. I ordered at BITW shirt from Emmings on Ebay, I am still waiting on it to arrive. I gave my Legends 1 Austin one of the extra knee braces I bought. I swapped the calves/knees on Battle Pack Macho Man with the Legends Hacksaw Jim Duggan in order to shorten up The Battle Pack Macho Man. I had to, he was taller than all the other figures I have. Now he is about the same height as the other Macho Man's / Macho King that I own. I tried swapping Macho's Battle Pack boots with his All-Stars boots, but that just made him taller. So I left the short boots on The Battle Pack. I swapped the yellow knee pads from my extra Battle Pack Macho Man on to my All-Stars Macho Man. Macho Man usually wore yellow knee pads with his star trunks. I put the orange and purple All-Stars bandanna on the Battle Pack Macho Man, and tiger print bandanna on the All-Stars Macho Man I gave Battle Pack CM Punk the Macho Man Legends 5 shirt I am not really a huge JoMo fan nor a collector of his figures, so I got kind of creative (sort of), and swapped my spare Battle Pack Macho Man head onto All-Stars JoMo's body. I also swapped the arms between my spare Battle Pack Macho Man and All-Stars JoMo, it looks pretty cool, kind of reminds me of a WCW Macho Man, when he had the long tights and wore tassels and fringe around the boots. It would probably look cooler painted some other colors though. by the way I wanted to share this with you that ToysRUs.com has the Punk/Macho Man Battle Pack for $20.99. Its like less than half the price as what most other places selling it for online. www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12664122

Luger's boots were taller than that... similar to Million Dollar Man's or Macho Man's.
