Great job. Makes me want an Orton in my collection.

If you're a Steamboat fan, get it. They're both great figures in their own right. The Legends figure is the way most of us remember Steamboat. The Defining Moments Steamboat is a great piece for any collection, Mattel did a killer job with it. But, it's from his least memorable time in the WWF. Here are photos of them side by side. Legends with the IC belt on

Check the link again. He updated it on page 1. Looks like he found an RVD, Taker, and Rikishi at another Target.

Congrats! Great head sculpt. I wish the RSC Exclusive ECW Punk had a better head sculpt like that one.

I totally feel your frustration on it, but Mattel did "what's best for business". As others have said, keep on the hunt, and eventually you'll find a set pop up for sale at a price that's worth it to you. You may luck out and find them both, or you may have to buy a big show, and then buy each remaining belt separately. I know for me, I love tag team wrestling, and I love the Mattel belts so I've been hunting them for about a year. Fortunately I was able to score a set last month: forum.wrestlingfigs.com/thread/295785/gets-keeping-team-dream-alive

I think it's still strange that they use kick pads for HBK instead of Road Warrior Boots. The image on the WM30 HBK shows him with kick pads on. Now, we know the image is photoshopped from a more recent one where HBK wears his long chaps-pants forum.wrestlingfigs.com/thread/293286/elite-wm30-package-image-botchSo, I'm wondering if Mattel photoshopped kick pads on the package in order to match the figure they produced, or, if they really think HBK wore kick pads? Wether or not they give him kick pads or boots, beard or not beard, and even if there's only chest hair instead of chest hair and a "happy trail", I still believe it's the best HBK figure we've gotten.

Not sure if this has been brought up before, but there's a new store in Naperville (on Rt 59 across near the mall) called, "2nd & Charles". It's a giant resale shop where Borders used to be. They buy games, books, DVD's, music, and collectables. I was surprised to find a handful of carded Jakks figures there today. I picked up a Bruiser Brody for $15 to make into an Elite Mattel version. Thought I'd mention it in case you're looking for some Jakks (Flair, Windham, nWo Hogan, Gorilla Monsoon, Rocky Johnson, some others . . .) for customs or if they get in any Mattels one day. They also have some superhero figures.

Don't know if this was mentioned or not, but did anyone else notice that during Batista's entrance, they blacked out the lighting on the crowd so you couldn't see them? I've never noticed them do this before, but last night the crowd was dark as he made his entrance and posed in the ring. This was Heeltista's entrance lighting during his 2010 run. They switched back to it either last week on Raw or last week on Smackdown when they fully committed to the heel turn. All the lights shut off except for his tron and the spotlight on him. They just recycled it, because it's quite good. Ah, good to know. I honestly thought it was to avoid the potential image of people turning their backs on him.

Keep in mind the winged eagle belt has two variants. One with a black globe and one with a blue globe. The blue globe is currently packed with the WM30 Hitman, and came with some E23 Macho Man.

In order to save costs on two different figures, Mattel is putting Goldust and HHH together to give us this . . .

Congrats, great to see the NOA together! Does he have pink lips on one knee pad and red lips on the other? *EDIT* Just answered my own question. Didn't realize they're supposed to be different from the one reference pic I could find. From pics I've seen of the fig looks like all the lips on his gear are red with one pink lipped knee pad, which seemed strange. Either way, still a great looking figure.

Stomach hair or not, I just threw the belt on him so it didn't matter.

Love this bump! Jakks has such great nostalgia, but Mattel has proven themselves 100x over. Love looking at my collection and having Rey be shorter than everyone else.
