Got mine a couple of months ago on ebay. It was opened and the ball that holds the robe closed was busted off. Other than that, it's in perfect condition. Scored him for $35. For that price, I didn't care that the robe doesn't close.

Target in Oswego has Elite 21. One Aj, One HTM, and two Ryback as of 1:00pm today. Also one B29 Ultimate Warrior. Kmart in Oswego has the basic Champions series. A couple of Kofi and a few Big Show. One Kane. They also have a handful of the Tribute to the Troops rings for 50% off, so $10 each. Just went and got HTM. You have helped me find a lot of figures this year so thank you. Glad to hear it. I've scored some hard to find figs because people cared enough to post on here.

I'm looking for the Movie Masters General Zod in his armor. My Walmart had Zod in shackles but not him in armor. The armor one is out as I've seen/been told people found it. Called a few Walmarts tonight but no luck. If anyone sees him in armor can you let me know? Hide it for me? Thanks a ton! I found the new Battle Packs at Walmart the other night. They freshly stocked Basic 27. If anyone needs a Basic 27 Ryback let me know, I can pick one up for ya. Checked two Walmarts in my area for you and no Zod in armor. I'll keep my eyes open.

Toys R Us in Aurora had Elite 21 Alberto del Rio, Rey and Orton around 430pm today for those looking for them Man, I've been hunting all week in this area and seem to just be missing Honky Tonk Man. I've seen Rey, Rio, and Orton though. The hunt continues!

Apocalypse, is it necessary to keep the rubber bands on the guitar in order to keep it together? I noticed you kept yours on. I don't play with my figs but I do display them out of the package and was wondering if this was an issue.

I prefer to drive around and see if I can actually find what I'm looking for, as the rush of actually seeing a figure you've been hunting is great.
But, if I think it'll be too tough to find it at retail I'll go RSC pre-order or eBay.
What about you?

Congrats! I'm still on the hunt for HTM but I'm genuinely happy when I see others have been able to find him.

Not sure if this is public knowledge or not, so I thought I'd share. We've all been on the hunt only to find this sorry site at Target: If you're like me you may wonder if they have any stock in back that they haven't put out yet. Well, here's how you can find out. Take the Target price tag of the item you're looking for (the one that shows where the item should be): And take it to one of the price scanners found throughout the store. Scan the Target price tag there: Wait a few seconds and read the info that comes up. It will have a line that reads, "In stockroom". If it says "No" (like in the pic) then you're out of luck. But if it says "Yes", ask an employee to bring it out for you. Now, this doesn't just work if the shelves are bare. This works if there are figures on the shelves (Cena, Rey, Orton . . .) and you want to know if there are any more in the back. I know isn't too helpful if they're out of stock, but hopefully someone will be able to find what they're looking for one day using this tip. Hope this helps!

The Meijer at the corner of Route 38 & Randall Rd in St. Charles / Geneva has 3 Elite 3 Cody Rhodes. That's not a typo. 3 Elite 3 Cody Rhodes. The packages look like they've been sitting around in the back for a while, but if you wanted to pick this up, here's your chance. They also had a couple PTP BattlePacks.

I don't ever remember him spitting mist, however in the 80's the WWF had Killer Kahn and he spit a green mist. Is it possible you're remembering a match where Killer Kahn went for the IC belt? Here's a YouTube of him fighting Outback Jack and doing the mist:

Love the JoMo. I think the the only improvement I would make is doing a fix-up using one of the bearded JoMo heads.

Does anyone have a 3-D printer or access to one? I'm curious if 3-D printers are a good solution for making custom heads or parts? You can get a low end one for about $1500 and the prices go way up from there.
I'm not familiar with how they work, but I was thinking that in theory that you might be able to scan a larger Jakks head, shrink it, and print it out smaller for use on a custom mattel. Wonder if the quality is there to even do this? Could you even do it with a matched skin tone, allowing you to only have to paint the hair and eyes? Could also be a great way to make custom belts.
According to a Wall Street Journal article, Mattel is already using them . . .
"Before adopting 3-D printing in 1992, Mattel workers sculpted prototypes of toys from wax and clay before building the production models out of plastic. Today, Mattel engineers use any of 30 3-D printers to create toy parts of virtually every type of toy that it manufactures, including popular brands such as Max Steel, Hot Wheels and Monster High.
But the toymaker draws the line at selling consumers software files that would enable them to print out their own toys on low-cost 3-D printers. A company spokesman said the company could not guarantee toys that consumers printed out would be safe for children, a “topic that the entire toy industry will have to face and embrace” as 3-D printer use broadens at home."
Would love to hear your thoughts or from someone who has used one.
