Could Mattel make a deal with wrestlers outside of WWE, that aren't signed to other promotions(like NJPW, ROH, IMPACT, AEW etc. etc.), in order for you to make figures of them(as Ringside Exclusives for example) in the same style as the WWE figures, or does WWE's deal with Mattel prevent them from producing figures of wrestlers outside of WWE?

I'm not a fan of the Warrior torso(since it doesn't blend in with regular elite, outside of guys like Yokozuna), but other than that, it's a great concept. The Rousey fig is great.

Is there anyone in the MDT, that seriously thinks that this Kane mask looks good, at all? Don't they realize that Kane's current mask isn't shaped like Kane's mask from 2003, hence why simply changing the color just looks horrible? If you can't give us a good looking removable mask, that actually looks like his current mask, can't we just get a molded on the mask instead?

No, the only thing "stupid" is your behaviour. Elias has a theme song. It's not Mattel's fault that you're too lazy for a simple google search or to follow him since his time in NXT or watch the RAW episodes where he had an actual entrance. I thought the whole point of Entrance Greats was to release wrestlers who's entrances and entrance music was instantly recognizable?
If they are scrapping EG, then why not release Goldberg & Elias in a different line?
We ending up having to pay more for a sound stand with crappy quality and a laughably oversized box.
And that can be said about both Goldberg & Elias. Goldberg had a very unique entrance, with all the backstage shenanigans and the firework. And his theme is recognizable as well. And Elias has a very unique entrance as well. Sure most of the times he just "appears" in the ring. But that itself is also very unique. Who else has an entrance like that? And if people actually watch the product, they shouldn't have problems with recognizing his theme. And that's the point... "Having to pay more". They want to make more money, so they do stuff like this. EDIT: Page 200.  |

That's kind of the point of it... It's unique, so it's part of this line. And him being the last EG slot, won't prevent any other from wrestler getting an elite figure. Yeah, no. It's lame. ENTRANCE greats. No entrance. Missing the mark. What the  even is his theme song, since THAT is the actual point of the line? Is it just gonna be a recording of jojo announcing him? It's stupid. They have said all the eg figures could have just been elite...But this...it literally is a marked up elite, AFTER the regular elite hits. Crazy, dumb, and bad timing. I know a lot people like Elias. But the fact that the last EG slot is being wasted on him is a travesty. Does he even have an entrance? He is always just on a damn stool in the middle of the ring. 2018 and everyone wants others to do everything for them! If you didnt buy a ticket dont moan that you cant see whats happening, if everything was live streamed whats the point in anyone buying a ticket You do realize that this is about the SDCC? A whole convention about a bunch of different things from Comics, to Movies, to Games, all sorts of Action Figures, Cosplay etc. etc?! And it's pretty normal that Convention Panels get live streamed. Since not everyone can attend these panels! I don't know if you realized this but there are people that live outside of the US, that don't have the time and/or money to buy both SDCC & Plane Tickets to San Diego, in order to attend a WWE Mattel Panel. |
