If someone REALLY wants that Panther that badly, more power to them and the seller. Although for that price, i'd probably just as well buy the 2013 ROML version .......for a lot less. I guess the big draw for me with that figure is really the fact that ot could pass as a comic version and it has the unmasked T'Challa head. Surely he'll be more available as we go, but man its hard to wrap my head around that current price.

Just wasted 3 days on a custom Crossbones, I'm going to be PISSED if they confirm him for this year. The ONLY reason I went the custom route was because the last they said was that Crossbones was switched out with someone different... Well there is a bright side here......if they release Crossbones, you have just made yourself a hell of a trooper for Crossbones to command in his assault squad. Or perhaps a major domo of his own to command his squad. I'd say you still win.

Saw this lineup leaked on a Marvel Legends FB page. Captain America Civil War wave 3 ( i guess denoting its the third Cap wave this year) Cap and MCU Scarlet Witch that we saw earlier this year plus the following: Iron Skull (already confirmed) Captain Britian (already confirmed) Tigra King Cobra (debut character...yay!) Crossbones BAF was not mentioned, however some of you may recall there were rumors that it would be Abomination early this year. This leaked list featured preorders for all the above with a 2016 release date " TBD". So, looks like we may get our Crossbones after all. Tigra and Cap Brittain are welcomed updates, MCU collectors finally get their Wanda, and we all get a nice semi obscure debut villain in King Cobra. Not too shabby a lineup i suppose. Edit: With the addition of King Cobra to Cottonmouth, do you guys think more Serpent Society/ Serpent Solutions members are on the way?I'd like to at least get Viper and Sidewinder. They'd make for great figures aesthetically IMO. I wish they'd make up their mind on this list. Crossbones was announced, then replaced with someone else, now he's up for pre-order? Come on... And I thought Abomination was coming with the Spidey wave? Wasn't that verified with Juggs for the X-wave? And the serpent society does seem to be the next "team" they're working on. Wouldn't mind getting a good 5-6 of em. It's a pretty large group, all iterations considered. Theres no confirmation on the BAF for this Cap wave. However the next Spidey wave has Space Venom for the BAF there. So IF Abomination is any kind of BAF this year, its not in the Spiderman series. I'm not sure if Abomination is my top pick for a BAF right now anyway. The Toybiz one is still affordable, and aside from articulation limitations ,the Marvel Select version has one helluva sculpt. Either way the BAF for Cap wave 3 is still speculation, but the lineup is most likely set at this point.

Picked up the DCC Capullo Designer series Jim Gordon for 9 bucks on clearance at Gamestop. Seems to fit in rather well with the Mattel DCUC stuff. Little tall for Gordon, but the figure doesn't really stand over any of the other figures. Gotta say, this is probably my "go to" Gordon figure now. Easily my new favorite. And thats saying something, cause articulation aside, i didn't think anything was ever gonna knock the old DCD Hush Gordon off that perch. Lol

I agree that Kingpin is in need of an update. I like the ML one we got, but it seems that he should have another "at bat" simply because of his exposure on the series. Doesn't have to be Netflix based, but just another figure to get out there. Obviously he could easily be used as the BAF in a Spidey wave since he was indeed a Spiderman villain first.

I think I know of the issue of which you speak. I have to believe these sort of "indentations" come from the moulding process, when they're broken apart, but -- if that is the case, they really need to find a more gentle way to do it as part of their QC issues. On a personal front, i started opening the Redsklaught series I had sitting around finally, and -- thus far I'm not impressed. The women barely want to stand up, and Scourge is tiny, comparatively speaking. Redsklaught's build at the ankles doesn't want to let him stand up very well. Surprisingly it comes down to Cottonmouth, Whirlwind and (not as surprisingly) Tasky to save this line for me. Here's hoping. I haven't picked up any of that series yet but that sounds disappointing. I really want to get the MockingBird and Cap from that series for my Comic Version Avengers set up. I wouldn't mind passing on most of the series because I know little to nothing about Onslaught/RedSlaught but there seems to be a few good characters in it. I'd like to at least get Whirlwind to add to my Building Masters of the Universe collection. Anyone have a Madame Masque they're trying to trade off or get rid of? Same goes for Tiger Shark and Radioactive Man. Why don't people seem to like him? I think he looks dope. That Mockingbird isnt too bad. Its the Sharon Carter that i find consistently blah. Cottonmouth, Whirlwind, Tasky ,and even though hes a touch small,Demolition Man are big winners for me. The Cap SHOULD be. It really is a great figure at its core, but i have 2 problems with it. First the straps are ridiculous. However its an easy enough problem to solve, as without them on ,you get a pretty damn good classic Cap. Which is where I'm pained with my figure. It would be a top 3 Cap MLs ever figure for me, if mine didn't have some of the worst paint apps I've ever seen. Its a paint QC nightmare. Perhaps you'd get lucky and find a better one, in which case, its a winner. Also, if you can wait until i get back home Monday night, I'll check my stuff, but i MAY have an extra Madam Masque. I think i do, but I'd rather doublecheck before saying it for sure.

Toybiz' Legendary Comic Book Heroes Conan. Very close (if not totally) to the Marvel Comics version of the Barbarian. So glad to have him back in my collection!

I admit I'm gonna cheat a wee bit. I got a line on a spare Crossbones head. So, if it fits with minimal modifications, I'm going to save myself the headache of dealing with facial/mask painting. However the general design of Demolition Mans outfit lends itself to a semi movie tactical version ,even though i would have to sacrifice the bulk of a classic Crossbones. But i am gonna have to paint a crossing bones look on his chest armor somehow.......just for my own tastes. Yeah, I wish Demolition Man were bigger, that's my only complaint, but -- if you can hold out a bit longer and the Crossbones head is too big for this body, pick up a Nuke and that $5 vest accessory pack from WWE's line. I saw someone made one from him, and it looked excellent. I didn't even think about that Nuke! Great suggestion. I was already planning on getting 2 of him when i see him. Mainly for the alt head display. But i may have to forego that in lieu of this idea. Hopefully i can track down a pic of that custom, cause I'd love to see it.

Thats exactly my plan for Crossbones (unless something changes from Hasbros end) I'm hunting down another Demolition Man for the very same reason. If nothing else, it will make a great placeholder. It's not a bad place holder at all. I just have to put white marks on the arms, then mod podge it, and mine will be done. I took the hot knife and scarred up the skin that's exposed on the Demolition Man head, then painted it the reddish pink-white of his flesh tone from the movie. I admit I'm gonna cheat a wee bit. After seeing the movie........this set is a must buy for me. Complete 180. Battle damaged versions of Cap and Tony have to be on my ML shelves whether it be comic or MCU after seeing that in theatres. Plus.......of course.....Spidey. Holland NAILED it by the way.
Dit: Although Cap doesn't look too bsttle damaged in this set to me. Tony looks passable as such, but that Cap is still coming off a bit rehashed more than I'd like.

That Spidey headsculpt just screams 70/early 80s era Spider Man to me........which means i love it. I would like to think it'll get a solo release, but I'm probably gonna bite on this for that figure and the unmasked Stark head. Still zero use for that Cap though.

Just to throw a wild guess out there, I'd say the earliest is maybe a slot in a basic series come January. If he's a priority in Mattels eyes, maybe by Christmas. But I still lean toward early 2017......and basic style. No clue on how long an elite will take.

Theres potential with it. And i did laugh a few times. But i do think the two main problems were the previously mentioned way it seemed a bit forced when it came to the cussing. And the other was it came off a bit convoluted. With American Dad and Family Guy, there are pretty clear character motivations and plot definition...no matter how crazy or nonsensical or raunchy they may be. This first show was a bit disjointed IMO. But there was definitely some potential for good ideas and good comedy there. However, it did seem like the "shocking" stuff was there for soley the purpose of attempting to be shocking.

I'm gonna pick that Bat Creature up, but i am still a bit perplexed it made the cut. Looks good enough, but its a strange choice.

Yeah, an unmasked Tony head makes the pot a little sweeter than just shelling out for Spidey and two other figures im sick of.

Interesting looking three pack with that Spidey. Speaking of Mr Parker, my long thwarted search for Pizza Spidey came to an end today as i walked into a Walgreens i go into all the time and there he was....nothing else new or different from Monday when i was in that same store. So.....lucky me.
