I didn't even know this thread existed until Monday. Yeah who would have thought a forum with a fairly large portion of Brits would have a thread to discuss the most popular sport in the country. Madness I tells ya!

Please remind me which major trophies West Brom have won in the past 10 years? I'll make it easier, 50 years? However I do advise you that the success / trophies argument is one you might like to avoid Well, we've both only won the top league trophy once each in the last 100 years. In the last 10 years, we've both only won one trophy each. At least ours was our own though (Championship) and we didn't have to share with several other clubs (Intertoto Cup). What was your point again?

Not an accomplishment, just a fact I've barely visited this forum in the past few years in fairness but those who know me will know I am a Villa fan. And if I wanted to brag about something over West Brom I'd be spoilt for choice. Nothing in this decade though eh?

Win for once? I seem to remember beating those non-entities West Brom twice in a row. If we are the non-entities you claim us to be, why would beating us be an accomplishment? All I know is that you lot never ventured into this thread until the last 48 hours and it's no surprise. Being 15th in the league (again) is nothing to brag about. Especially when the "non-entities" West Brom are two places above you....

It will be very sweet if Arsenal smash Villa in the final.

Looked at a BBC Sport Facebook post earlier today about the Palace/WBA game. The top comments were along the lines of "Palace will smash West Brom!!". So after today's result, all I can say is....have it you ing wankers! I knew we'd win after those comments. People are getting too cocky. Palace aren't that good. Their style of play suits particular teams. We are not one of them. On a more important note, that result pretty much means we're safe for another year. Hopefully TP gets who he wants in the summer, clear out the deadwood and maybe we can push for the top half.

Swansea only have one full-back and one striker fit for tomorrow's game.
If Leicester don't beat them at home they might as well voluntarily be relegated.

This result shows how far United have come along since the start of the season and just how far City have fallen.
Wouldn't be too shocked to see Liverpool get 4th at this rate.

I still fancy us to beat Newcastle or something and stay up. But it's gonna be really tight between those bottom 7 or 8.

Given our run-in, this weekend's game against Leicester is must win. We should be alright if we get to 36 points. Oh. .
