Yeah sad stuff, although the BBC says his injuries aren't life threatening. Just more DM bollocks.

At this rate I see the final table looking like this:
1. Chelsea 2. Manchester City 3. Manchester United 4. Arsenal 5. Tottenham Hotspur 6. West Ham United 7. Southampton 8. Liverpool 9. Everton 10. Swansea City 11. Newcastle United 12. Stoke City 13. Aston Villa 14. Sunderland 15. West Bromwich Albion 16. Queens Park Rangers 17. Crystal Palace 18. Burnley 19. Hull City 20. Leicester City
Chelsea look the best team with Man City a close second. I think United will finish comfortably in the CL places but still a fair distance behind the top two. Arsenal to get fourth just because they always do and Spurs to just miss out because they always do. West Ham and Saints good but not good enough to finish Top 4. Liverpool and Everton look way off the pace. Sunderland and WBA to continue to get results when they need them most but other than that, be unspectacular to say the least. QPR's home record will keep them up, Burnley to not have quite enough, and Hull to go down because they look like they can't buy a win. Leicester already look doomed.

Pathetic from Arsenal and somehow more pathetic from Liverpool.

You won't be in the title race. City and Chelsea won't drop more points than United. I don't think we can win it, but I can certainly see us being within touching distance of the top at that point considering the run we have. Yeah, potentially. For me 'being in the title race' by definition means that you actually look like you're going to win the title at some point which I don't think United will look like. Next season most likely.

Disappointed but not surprised by the draw. Before the Hull game I asked for 2pts per game up until the Southampton (H) game. If we win vs. Newcastle (H) then draw vs. Spurs (A), Stoke (A) and Southampton (H) then we would have achieved that aim I think. After that its a run of all the teams we should have beat at the start of the season and didn't. If we win most of those games we could be in the title race until mid/late March, when we have a tough run. You won't be in the title race. City and Chelsea won't drop more points than United.

You can still predict if you miss out City/Palace. Cheers. Thought because it says if you post it after the first Premiet League game of the weekend kicks off then you can't predict. Yeah it does but I've let others get away with it. I'll fix it for next time.

The most successful film franchise of all time (Harry Potter) is English. A film franchise distributed by Warner Bros.. An American film company. I take nothing away from the English production company, but without distribution through Warner Bros it would have never reached the success it did.. The amount of talent that has migrated from England to the US is insane, some of my favorite actors and directors of all time are from England.. But every one of them came to America and became permanent icons in American film. Comments like this is what gives America a bad name.It doesn't even make any sense. Yeah, I'm sure the rest of the world doesn't give a crap about huge franchises like James Bond or Harry Potter, or Oscar winning films like The King's Speech just because they weren't made in Hollywood. You're one of those sensitive people I was talking about. Go ahead and name off a few more for me.. I want you to compile a list of Oscar winning and Golden Globe winning pictures and extremely successful franchises directly produced overseas that was able to find success without American distribution.. Please do. Meanwhile I'll make a list of every successful franchise, Oscar winning and Golden Globe winning picture from America.. We'll compare notes and see if my statement still "doesn't even make any sense".. I'd understand if my statement was inaccurate. But if you want to man you and I can go toe to toe with facts about this.. Because I'm pretty sure we have Americans above me wanting James Franco to be killed by North Korea.. Yet you single me out for giving America a bad name. Maybe I can name some BAFTA award winning films or do other countries award ceremonies not matter either? Your statement was inaccurate, as you admitted, therefore it didn't make any sense.

Yeah. I mean there are so damn many good movies that didn't even come from America. I would concede that the majority of "important" and "relevant" movies come from the US and UK. The majority does come from America, with all other countries lagging behind but to say because they didn't come from America they're not important is asinine. Even outside the US and the UK, you still have movies like The Artist, Blue is the Warmest Colour, any Bruce Lee film, the list goes on and on.

The movie was a stupid idea to begin with. If another country made a movie about how awesome 9/11 was, I'm sure in America that there would be outrage. And really, North Korea should be treated as heroes for preventing another piece of crap James Franco movie to come out. I think as a showing of good will and apology that America should send James Franco to North Korea to be executed. Wow, you're really comparing apples and oranges here. But let's say this film DID exist.. America would probably ignore it completely. It might make headlines for a day or two, and it would go away.. That is a realistic outcome to what would happen. There is not a slim chance that a film from a foreign market about slaughtering Americans, Presidents, or historical events would cause any type of outrage or uproar, I don't know what world you people live in.. WE MAKE THOSE MOVIES OURSELVES.. We have killed Presidents, we have slaughtered Americans, we have made movies depicting historical events based on life altering tragedies. When it comes to the United States and it's movies.. Our movies are the only movies that matter. Unless you're a giant film buff, there is no other place in this world that makes movies other than Hollywood, CA.. As a matter of fact, our movies are so good that it's one of our most popular exports.. Transformers 4 made most of it's money in Asia.. CAPTAIN AMERICA.. Made a TON of money overseas.. That should tell you everything you need to know about how the world views our film industry. Comments like this is what gives America a bad name. It doesn't even make any sense. Yeah, I'm sure the rest of the world doesn't give a crap about huge franchises like James Bond or Harry Potter, or Oscar winning films like The King's Speech just because they weren't made in Hollywood.

I'm not sure it shows that the Premier League is weaker per se, it shows how strong the other European teams have gotten. Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Dortmund, Juventus, PSG, they're all better than they was in 2008. And then in England you've got teams like Man City, Spurs and Everton challenging for CL spots which in turn has weakened Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal. Do you really think any of the 'traditional' top 4 are as good as they were 5-7 years ago? Arsenal aren't really much different. Even at times when they had Henry and co, they still struggled to make Champions League. Liverpool are obviously worse but they were very good last season. United again, worse, but have the potential to be just as good. And Chelsea it's hard to say. They got to the CL semi-finals last season.
