Your definition of "peg warming" is interesting. Yeah...so... I didn't even use those words you quoted lol. In my area this one didn't appear to move right when it hit the shelves. I'm questioning the character selections and the price tag. The focus is on how it is moving initially.

You think sitting for a month is worst selling material you clearly have no experience with aew Nyla rose or the jakks fabulous moulah Or BCA Dr. Death and Jacqueline If you read what I said, I talked about how it looked initially in my area, and asked questions to the community about what they were seeing. I'm familiar with those other figures. Most of the time I see things move well initially with the dedicated collectors the first two weeks, and then after that things sell well or slow down. This one sat right out of the gate in my area.

Is the $70 price tag "universally" high? YES Are today's kids everywhere unfamiliar with Rocky Johnson and Peter Maivia (for the most part)? YES Can these two factors negatively impact sales everywhere? YES I'm having trouble understanding how these two factors wouldn't potentially impact the "millions of retailers" in a similar fashion. Elites are $25 at Walmart, so this pack is cheaper than 3 Elites off the shelf. Kids aren't the only ones buying toys (clearly). There are others in this very thread telling you otherwise, so if we are going to take anecdotal evidence as fact then let's at least collect all the perspectives. I see you mentioning facts. Many Elites are $19.84 at the Walmarts around me. I can also see they are that price many states away from where I live. I've never seen a $25 Elite anywhere ever in my area. Three Elites are about $60, and if a younger consumer wanted to spend between $60-$70, wouldn't they be more likely to pick out three separate Elites that they actually want as opposed to three in one box (for more money) that may contain one or two figures of people they've never heard of?

Let's say it all together: Just because something happens near/around/to you doesn't mean it's true universally.I read about so many of you visiting a small portion of the millions of retailers and pretend that what you see I'd true for us all. it hasn't even been a month since it hit stores, and it's selling in my area. it's a $70 pack, yes, so it's going to take the right buyers, but people are snatching them up. a little soon to be calling it the worst thing ever. LOL ok, get back to me when it's not "too soon" and let me know. Glad to hear people are "snatching them up," I haven't seen any of that and I watch my area pretty closely.

If there's one item every Walmart consistently has in stock around me, it's the Maivia Legacy 3-Pack.
The funny thing is, ever since it came out, it seems to have the exact same number in stock as it did on day one.
Like literally no one is buying it. At $70, I can see why. Not to mention most of the kids have no idea who two of them are.
Is this the worst selling 3-Pack ever? How wasn't this predictable by Mattel/Walmart? Does it look like this near you as well?

I can't believe they've put out this many figures, and we still don't have Sheik, Volkoff, Studd, and Hillbilly. In my area, the ones that warm are the non-Golden Era selections.

I'm still looking for Superstars series 8 if anyone sees them again. Thanks. Found these at Columbia Walmart yesterday (4/29). Plenty of regular Hogan and Doink left.

I’ve seen the Miavia set at two different Walmarts but passed because it’s $70 price tag. One store had a full case (5 or 6) and the other had one set. Yeah, I'm thinking this might be the worst selling 3-pack ever. The kids don't know the two older guys, and what parent is going to buy that for $70?

Mt airy walmart has shipper at back of aisle between toys and electronics Has top picks Cody. Got only Logan Paul. E106 with a couple bearers but no chase MNW. I got full set but only a couple Hogan's and 1 each of hall and taker left Some wm elite Nicholas wave and 2 packs as well Thanks, picked up Hogan this morning (Thursday 3/14). I don't think most of the locals have seen the display yet because of where it is. Still one Undertaker, two Hogan (neither with perfect packaging but figures are ok), and at least one Paul Bearer.

Any of these would be great: Andre (babyface) / John Studd Andre (Heel) / Bobby Heenan or Bam Bam Bigelow Ultimate Warrior / Honky Tonk Man or Hercules if he were signed Iron Sheik / Nikolai Volkoff or Classy Freddie Blassie Junkyard Dog / King Harley Race Brutus Beefcake / Greg Valentine (Dream Team) Hulk Hogan (Red and Yellow) / Mr. Wonderful or Big Boss Man Ricky Steamboat / Magnificent Muraco Randy Savage (if signed) / Million Dollar Man I would also take: Hillbilly Jim / King Kong Bundy These guys are underrepresented and haven't been in the line in what, more than 10 years?
