This past year has been one of the best years of collecting I had in a long time. Since Mattel's took over honestly. For years I had no ability to get any figures. This year my area had been great. My collecting is stronger than ever these days. You guys are breaking my heart leaving the hobby. Where are you located? I'm in the GTA, and it's hard to find anything at all. Walmart is always empty in any city I go to. Honestly, I never have seen Sting in store. I see Giant Machine once, and Dude Love twice. |

Was that why The Ultimate Warrior made fun of him for his cancer? The Warrior was the worst. He's the one guy I don't think should be in the HOF. He had some repulsive views and treated everyone like shit. I never hear any one in the business day anything good about him. |

Harley Race was the one that really hurt. I wanted that fig so bad, and it popped up and disappeared so quickly. I really hope they re-release him. He's going for $200 on eBay....

I decided today to officially retire from collecting. I visited four Walmarts, and there were basically no figures. I did see a Dude Love that had been swapped out with a TA Magnum though. It's a shame, but I think the line may die with Mattel at the helm, just like DC. That's too bad. How many years under your belt? 2011-2019. I love the figures but am sick of trying to find them. Even on my work trips to the US it's brutal. Scalpers and poor distribution have killed the series for me. |

Went to both Targets yesterday. Neither had Backlund sadly. But the first one did have the Gold Standard Shelton Benjamin, which I picked up. Have since found out that the local collector’s shop hit WalMart and Target and bought the Backlunds. As he’s selling them for $40 currently. That should be illegal |

Some areas get flooded and have to clearance the figs, others don't get them at all. Surely there's a happy medium lol

In kayfabe I can see them going the route of how Warrior won the match at SSlam by countout but didn't win the belt so they can say how he's due a rematch for it. Bret/Warrior man talk about a contrast of styles. Would've been interesting to say the least. Poor Bret may have been injured badly. Warrior was such a crap wrestler |

Are you a Walmart employee? If not, how did you get to open a new case? Nope not an employee. I saw on Brickseek the count for elites went up by 8 today. Went by there and they were stocking the aisles and had the case on a cart in the aisle. Opened it myself. Only bought the chase Shelton as the Backlund box was crushed and I collect MOC. That's a boss move |
