So Bruce just wanted to give Terry a nickname and have him be arrogant, and Terry went somewhere else with it? LOL The more I read and listen to the Prichards, the more I think they're underrated with wrestling knowledge and how to character build. At that time I think it was more up to the wrestler on how the character would look and act, management gave them an idea and the wrestlers ran with it. A lot of wrestlers at that time came to the WWF with their gimmick/characters already created and perfected (Hogan, Savage, Piper, Jake, Hacksaw, Bundy, Orndorff, etc.), management would just add to it, maybe suggest some things. It looks like Vince and creative started taking over characters designs and development in the early 90s. A while back, on WWE.com, they showed drawings and sketches of character designs (they had Razor, Doink, Hitman, HBK, etc.) and none that were shown were before 1990. It seems, from listening to some wrestlers shoot interviews, at that time, management would give you a name (if you didn't already have one they liked) and an idea but it was up to the wrestler(s) to really create the characters (how they looked and acted). I'd love to see those sketches

I want it for my collection but can this believe someone is selling it for that much on the bay. It will definitely warm the shelves. I don’t think he’s going to be an “in store” item he is supposed to be like the Shark who was an “On-line only” item until people who bought multiples for the perfect figure And free shipping returned their extras. The Shark still lives on some TRU shelves in Canada

I think if it was just Nancy, it'd be easier to accept. It doesn't make it less heinous. It's just hard to comprehend someone killing their own child. It goes against all instincts as a parent. That's why I think something was really wrong with him mentally.

Just think before Curt Hennig was Mr. Perfect, Taylor was in the running for the gimmick. There tryout match was on one of the old events in the late 80's. That is false. Listen to Bruce Prichard. Terry Taylor spread this rumor.

And I see you aimlessly complaining in every thread. Having a different opinion than someone isn’t arguing. Thinking someone’s idea is horrible isn’t against any TOS. I work as a manager in a retail chain. I can tell you I’ve lost 3 vendors over the last 18 months. Product which we stock, but there job is to go store to store and check things. These companies have decided those jobs aren’t justified for the payroll spent. Online retail is putting certain companies either out of business, or causing them to change their sales models. A manager of a retail chain? Wow! Good for you 🙄 Stating your opinion is fact, when it is in actuality garbage is enough for me to interject. At the end of the day, all myself and others are suggesting is that we get better distribution of flashbacks, and flashbacks that are not tied to one retailer unless that retailer can promise to distribute adequately. We should all have the ability to buy every store released figure on Mattel.com

I think you kind of answered your own question there... Using this logic, why would ANY company ever hire a vendor to travel to stores where their products are sold if there are already employees to worry about it? Why should they care if their items are stocked properly and readily available to be purchased by the consumer? Why should they care what their displays even look like? Because some companies actually care about their brand. They have pride in their products and want to make sure that the retail displays representing them, that their customers see, are up to their standards. Now I'm not saying that Mattel has no pride in their products, but obviously I think we would all agree that something needs to be done. A mass produced toy should never be this hard to find. And a company as large as Mattel should absolutely care, and find the worth in this investment. All true, but the fact still remains... companies are phasing our company reps that travel store to store to check on product. Like someone stated, corporate employees aren’t taking pay cuts. So they need to cut payroll somewhere. Retail stores are cutting hours, distribution companies are cutting jobs. Do we have anyone on these forums that work at Target or WalMart and can even confirm that Mattel (NECA, etc.) have company reps that visit the store on a monthly/quarterly basis? Distribution companies are not cutting jobs. Stop making things up. You clearly do not understand the logistics industry. Here's an article that shows 90% growth from 2000 to 2017. www.supplychaindive.com/news/warehouse-employment-has-risen-90-since-2000/513115/Did you know that e-commerce is growing over 20% year over year? www.statista.com/statistics/288487/forecast-of-global-b2c-e-commerce-growt/Warehousing and fulfillment e-commerce (pick and pack) requires many more order pickers than retail orders. So, while retail distribution jobs are in slight decline, e-commerce jobs are replacing them and adding additional jobs on top of that. I see you arguing with everyone in every thread. All your posts and stars should not make you immune to punishment from the mods. I don't think you're adding anything of value and I'd love to know what you do professionally that would give you such incorrect opinions.

I'm kind of wondering how a modified Rusev might look. Yeah I was surprised how good the Haas head looked. I’ve got a Haas on the way now off eBay , so should have a custom put together by the weekend. And then I’ll get some pics posted! I’d definitely be interested to see other people’s versions - like using Elias and Rusev. That looks amazing. I'd love to see a blue trunks version

...I dread to think how much that would cost! Which Mattel's are you still after? I - or someone on here - might be able to help... Thanks looking for some hard ones still like Akeem, Von Erichs, Ezekiel Jackson, Rick Martel No kidding that LJN buy is gonna hurt the wallet I am sure. Mint LJN collection? That would be expensive. I'm down to one, Randy Savage.
