Pretty sad to get stuff signed, just to sell it... In theory, yes. I'm not selling mine, though. Simply curious.

I'm thinking ahead to the Ringside Fest Q&A and I'm really hoping a question is asked to Bill about the line. I'm not even looking for "when are they coming back?" But more so, "has the outpouring of support influenced opinions on the line in a positive way?" I know they say that the more likes a question in the thread gets, the more likely it gets asked. So I think its important for all of us retro supporters to be looking out for that. That's what I'm hoping. The negative could be that Bill views our sect similar to Vince when he had to always listen to Paul Heyman promote a talent to him over and over lol

So, my family and I met Hulk Hogan in August, in Rosemont, IL. He signed my mailaway figure and I had it authenticated afterwards. I'd imagine over $1000... is this an accurate assumption?

On reflection I really think Mattel dropped the ball on these and they did so since series 1. Besides Warrior, I do think S1 (and S2) were all really well designed despite being some wrong character or attire choices. But, distribution was even messed up back with S1 because of the non-senseical case breakdowns. When they finally added Warrior and Taker to cases, they chose to put 3 of the horrible looking warriors and just 2 takers per set despite anyone with half a brain should have known taker would be wanted way more than that warrior. And also putting 2 Cenas per case too in those cases. I swear, if Walmart hadn't clearance them, we'd still see Warriors and Cenas sitting in stores. Yeah, and now those two bastards are costing around that $20 mark loose on Ebay lol

Yeah it is. I also had it signed by Hulk last month with a COA. So its worth a few car payments now Haha This is SO awesome. Thanks brother! Nearly had a stroke at the autograph table that day, though. Hulk was stuck with this obnoxious and rude woman from the sports convention that was herding fans through quickly like cattle. She took the figure to give to him but goes "where does this bag open??" I was all over her. Literally a split second from tearing it open!

Same here. With the Hasbro's, mailaway Hogan was one that I bought 2 years ago. I have the general set, but am not interested in dropping $5k to have mailaway Hart and Taker. Mail away Hogan was the best of the 3, by far (in my opinion). Brett and Undertaker were too similar to their regular versions. Hogan in that red shirt is just awesome. Is yours still in the bag? Yeah it is. I also had it signed by Hulk last month with a COA. So its worth a few car payments now Haha

I have every single Retro and now every Hasbro (that I truly want). I’m looking for stuff to collect now that the thrill isn’t there. I have been tempted to go and find more Retros in the wild but at the same time, I have no use for most of them (there aren’t many I am interested in fixing up or customizing). Same here. With the Hasbro's, mailaway Hogan was one that I bought 2 years ago. I have the general set, but am not interested in dropping $5k to have mailaway Hart and Taker.
