At the end of the day, the problem with the reaction to the Rollins/Ziggler match is that it's just reaffirming for Vince. He can very easily look at that through the lens of "the crowd doesn't care about Seth Rollins", and honestly, that's probably what he'll do. WWE did the right thing last night by putting Rollins and Ziggler on last, and the crowd crap all over it.
Yes, the show was long. Yes, it felt like a bloated episode of Raw or Smackdown. Yes, the product, as a whole, is in a massive rut, but reacting that way to what was otherwise a bright spot in a pretty dreadful night sends the wrong message. Not to mention, it was a good match. If you're not there to enjoy good wrestling, then why are you there?

Glad to hear he gave a heartfelt apology to the locker room. To me, his public "apologies" were mostly empty words that included a bunch of "wah wah it was a private conversation and I shouldn't have been recorded" rather than actually displaying remorse. My opinions on this, and Hulk Hogan, are well documented, so, it is what it is.

This crowd is trash and it’s ruining the match.

Not much to this one. Could be good, but my expectations are fairly low.
Rollins/Ziggler will be great, and should probably main event, but I'm guessing Lashley/Reigns gets that spot, and the crowd turns on it hard.

I started seeing a girl a couple of weeks ago and I'm just over the moon with her, and everything, so, that.

UFC is becoming as pro wrestling as pro wrestling.
Say what you will about Brock Lesnar, but he's one of the most fascinating sports figures around. This is gonna be fun.

He's the focal point heel of the show and he just signed a five year deal. He's fine.

I thought last night was pretty awful. Braun has has already been exposed as a bad choice for Money in the Bank, as it feels like a total afterthought. Doesn't help that there's no champion around to even tease the possibility of him cashing it in.
Roman Reigns had one of his worst nights in recent memory. That promo at the top of the show was abysmal. He buried The Revival, then went onto say he "wasn't going to make excuses" before making a plethora of excuses. What a mess.
The Bayley/Sasha stuff was SO overly scripted and not at all funny. Dr. Shelby did not work in this context at all. They killed a ton of the momentum they earned last week with "Stone Cold Bayley."
Just a completely uninteresting, uninspired chore to sit through.

It would be a huge, huge mistake for the Bucks to sign. Depends on what they're after. If they're looking for stability, and to significantly lessen the number of punches to their bump card, it wouldn't be a mistake. WWE is going to offer these guys huge contracts, so money is not going to be an issue. It's going to come down to an ego thing. Is the safer style and great income enough to outweigh completely losing creative freedom and probably not being handled all that well? Just depends on what they're looking for.

Eek, I did not like that premiere at all. Hope tonight is a little better. Not really getting a feel for people I like yet, either.

Total throwaway show except for the end.
As I mentioned last week, Kane teaming with Daniel Bryan is just about the only way I could ever tolerate seeing Kane again.

They have a lead babyface on their hands and they don't even realize it. WHO? who? Who? WHO? (I hope you're talking about Seth Rollins) Haha, yes, definitely Seth.

It should've went 3 hours. Most of the roster are rotting away in the locker room with barely any feuds of matches. An extra hour would help give them TV time. I'm also a little unsure about it's move to Fridays. On PPV weeks it will be a long wait from Sunday to Friday to see the aftermath where with Raw it will only be 1 night. They couldn't move to 3 hours. Fox only has two hours of primetime, versus 3 on the other broadcast networks. They air local news at 10.

A lot of this comes down to personal preference, because guys like Michael Cole are good at the job they're given to do, which is to promote the brand above all else. I think he'd be a very different commentator if he didn't have Vince breathing down his neck all the time. The same can be said for the rest of those teams.
With that being said, I don't like that style of commentary, and prefer a more sports-like atmosphere, so the Raw and Smackdown crews are pretty much bottom barrel to me. Raw is worse than Smackdown, because I find Cole's voice (and Cole-isms) to be more annoying than Tom, and Coach has become virtually insufferable. He was solid his first couple of weeks back, but it's been a downward spiral ever since, and the alternative (Booker T) is no better.
Can't really stand Corey Graves anymore, either. He was good for a while, but he's become corporate to a fault and the more I see of him, the less I like the guy.
I love NXT commentary and mostly enjoy NJPW commentary (Kevin/Don.) Kevin Kelly is great, but I think Don gets a little too inside baseball a lot.

Looking forward to it. Haven't enjoyed the last couple of seasons, though (OTT not withstanding.) They weren't TERRIBLE, it was just the second go around Paul was handed the game until Cody got to vote in the finals. Yeah, I don't think either were entirely unwatchable, but I definitely wasn't nearly as invested as I usually am last year. It was really, really hard to root for anybody once the huge fights started happening.

Nope. And neither are almost all of my friends. At the end of the day, it's our own fault for choosing our respective majors, but I have a series problem with the way our high school placed immense value over attending a 4 year college over, say, a trade school. All of the kids who opted out of the traditional college experience are doing incredibly well for themselves, while those of us who went the traditional route racked up a ton of debt and wound up working lesser jobs (except for those who went into the medical field, of course.)
I'm working the same job I worked in high school, albeit full time rather than part time, and for significantly more money. If I didn't have my school debt, I'd actually be moderately comfortable. Far from well-off, but not exactly struggling.
