Maybe not exactly sue, but fight back against her. If you're not doing anything wrong and yet she's out talking crap about you, wouldn't that be slander? The housing market is awful (around here at least). Don't let her win. Put up a "No Trespassing" sign on your fence and call the cops if she comes around to feed your dogs again. That's the thing. If I do that stuff, then I'm just acting as childish and immature as she is. I haven't really won at all. I wouldn't really consider putting up a "No Trespassing" sign childish. I would point out to animal control that while she claims your dogs are barking all night, she sure has no issue coming over and feeding them against your wishes. I know wouldn't want someone coming by and feeding my dog who knows what, without me saying it was ok. |

I had an issue when the first World of Warcraft expansion came out. They gave me a box that had been opened and the activation code didn't work. I called Blizzard and they said the only thing that could have happened is that an employee took it home, installed it, used the code and brought it back. GameStop refused to believe me. I had to get a district manager involved before they would take it back and get me a sealed box.
Luckily, I no longer live there and the people here are nice I'm friends with several of them.

At the risk of sounding like a purist, I love their old stuff. Hate their new stuff. Same. I use to worship them, but the last album I actually bought was, "Sing the Sorrow". What I've heard of, "Decemberunderground" was ok, but not good enough to make me buy it. A few songs are on Rock Band from the album after that and they sounded awful to me. I don't hate them or anything now, but I'll keep the happy memories with the old stuff. |

BAD BILL 428. i spent my early teenage years idolizing evanxtreme. vXw was incredible; i remember spending forever ripping every single one of their videos to watch on my ipod. animations/poses from razor, brm, evanxtreme, noname... figure feds like fcw, pwg, haggard's... maybe i'm just not as active as i used to be, but things were so much cooler back then. show of hands: who else joined illegally before they turned thirteen?
