You know what, it's time to be honest. I'm not happy with how this place gangs up on people, how it's modded etc... But, I realise I'm not helping much at the moment and am a little too reactive to certain things recently, it started with the koss thing which has shaken me and has been made worse the last week due to me and my wife being in the process of splitting up. I'm not in the right place at the mo to be rational about things and should maybe not take things so seriously but I'll admit I'm really ****ing struggling to handle things properly at the moment. Take the piss out of my situation if it gets a laugh or makes you feel better, call me a boring uncharismatic idiot, I really don't care but I'm just being honest and explaining my recent state of mind and that I won't be posting outside the fig findings/buying & receiving thread. All the best and enjoy your weekends. Fair play that took balls and I respect you for it. The only problem I've ever had with you mate was you subtly calling me out in threads. I did all I could to help you in regards to KOSS and I don't think you realise there's only so much I could do. Being a mod here doesn't give you infinite power, as much as I wish it did. NWF will back me up on that one. If you had a problem you should've given me a PM because I think you know I was always happy to get back to you. The way you went about it just grated on me. Anyway, let's be men here. I hope you get your personal life sorted out and can find happiness. You're seriously more than welcome to drop me a PM to chat if you want, I know it's not much but the offer is there. I don't agree with ganging up either, I just think people make themselves easy targets on here sometimes and while that's wrong I can't see it changing any time soon. That's not just on this forum unfortunately. If anyone does take the mick outta your situation then that says more about them than you. There's absolutely no hard feelings from my side and I've said before I hope you continue to post here and can enjoy it. This shouldn't be a place full of politicking and misery. Have a good'un, take it easy and give us a message if you need to. |

We're also linked with Momo Sissoko, Marouane Chamakh and Junior Hoilett on free transfers. It's like Christmas. A really mediocre Christmas. I wouldn't want any of those at Cardiff, so god knows his you'd feel about having them at WBA. |

On average I was wondering how much it costs with the travel package, flights and spending money? Not planning to go next year but now I've paid off my credit card I'd quite like to open a savings account to put money aside each month and saving for Mania seems like a mighty fine idea.

Just got tickets to Biffy Clyro in Cardiff on the 6th of December. Can't wait for that one. Support is from Brand New which is a band I love and always wanted to see. Last time I saw Biffy was 2013 and they were absolutely incredible.
What a week that will be!
December the 1st I have The Cure in Wembley, then Biffy on the 6th and Pixies on the 7th.
Off to see Noel Gallagher in Swansea tomorrow. Should be a cracker.

How often do the events usually sell out? I want to go to the Cardiff show in November but can't commit to buying a ticket right now with work commitments. Wondering if there's a chance I could still get one in November time... I'm not sure entirely mate, I think they usually sell out close to the showtime, Birmingham had sold out by the time I got there in April, but tickets were easily purchasable right up to the event from memory. Cheers buddy. I'll probably be able to get work sorted by mid October so hopefully I can still get a ticket then. Only want a standard cheapest seat anyway so hopefully it'll be okay! |
