First off is this a match rp or just a character developement rp? sorry I have to asked even though it says loaded on the side. did I miss the parts about the match?I mean you must be knowledgeable in what your rping and that shows. And I mean you have a pretty good sense of description but uh if this had a tie-in to the match....i must just have read over it.... Your rps not only have to be interesting and be well written but they MUST...MUST either insinuate a point or direction towards the match or some sort of monologue at beginning or end making it make sense as like a memory that gets him ready for the match....otherwise its just a story...which is nice for a cd rp but useless in an actual event. Other then that I have no real quarrels at this moment...im sure you will develop as you go...but what do I know...I dont rp anymore. ![::)](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/rolleyes.gif)

“Sometimes in a time of uncertainty there is only clarity in reliving the past, my past. I wonder if I can recall all the motions and the fluid poetry that was Reverend Shadow. In time there will surely be answers but until then, there is only an unwritten knowledge and a yearning to be apart of something bigger once again.”-Jason Jadoa- The chanting echoed and I once again succumbed to the ecstasy that is being in the ring. As each fist bounced off his skull I could feel that splattering of blood upon my face. But truth was I was not in a ring, I was in the street and my opponent was not a champion nor a competitor but just a normal man with an attitude problem that I had abruptly adjusted. Mildly accidental, it matter not to law enforcement, I was locked up for a few days before making bail. It had been an anonymous person who had done it, I had to friends, family, or anything in between anymore. As the officer released all my stuff to me I noticed a small card with nothing on the front, I flipped it over to simply see the initials, “WFWF.” I quickly slipped the card into my pocket and threw my new leather duster over my body. I slumped over my body, a little bigger then me but snug. I threw the last bit of stuff into my pockets, keys, pocket watch, wallet, and my rosary. These days I had little need for faith but still felt safer if I didn’t completely abandon it. I scurried out of the building and hailed a cab. I unlocked my door with the quick turn of the key, I had turned over my apartment for a house, something more permanent. The door screamed open and the floor gave way to its only conversation as I trampled through into the bathroom. I threw my stuff onto the counter and let my duster hang on a towel rack, which to be honest was beneath my normal routine but I was tired and quite dirty and my concerns were of more important things. I let loose the water from the faucet and waited as the water heated up, if it even did damn thing never seem to work. It cupped my hands and lunged them forward into my face and let my eyes creep open and gaze onto the mirror. I could see my self, but not the me as I knew. I was strung up upon a cross and a crown of barbed wire rest on my head. The a shooting pain hit me and I fell hard to the ground in agony. Something began to dripped from my forehead and I motioned my body to check it out and when my fingers reached my perception I knew it was blood. The pain was immense and it seemed to unreal. I thrashed about screaming for what seemed like hours but only stood as a minute or two at best before all the pain came to a halt. In an instant the pain subsided, then I felt a jolt. I jumped a bit before settling on the fact it had been my cell phone. I pulled it out and read the number, it simply said 444-444-4444, and in the name spot it read “Unknown Caller.” I flipped it open, “Hello,” my voice was still course from the screaming. “W.F.W.F.,” then it was only static, my life was only static. ooc: Nothing special, nothing horrible, just putting out a little something with the spare time I have.

I would actually be sad if Dollhouse gets it b/c the show is actually a descent show and could grow into something great over time but then again ppl just want reality tv anymore...scripted tv is becoming nothing but a past time before the next reality show is on...

I play video games while younger, and I did in my teenage years and I also played card games and roleplaying but when i was a kid and still to this day I spend time outside when I can. So blaming an object of entertainment on a game is ridiculous...thing only thing I think new videogames has done is ruined the CCG and RP industries....for the most part kids stay at home and get instant satisfaction at blowing stuff up or killing elves or w/e....instead of socializing with real ppl at a gaming store while thinking out strategies of play for the games....that's the only fall i have seen due to the new internet play and stuff.

There are moments in men’s lives where they are defined by unattainable divinity. And when all fails and all crumples all we have left is the ashes of their faith. I sought out the ashes of these lost and found only truth in their lies. Their stories are now my own and as I sort out my thoughts I find myself clawing at the life that once was and finding only the mirage of what I thought was.
Jason Jadoa
_*_*_*_*_
A hint of soiled air could be picked up, fumes of lost lives scoured by the economy. The wreckage of society was strewn about the streets and alley ways. A venom seemed to flow through every vein of social life and left many a men barren. This way not my fate but by default I felt a sort of kinship toward all of them, their faith in the government to keep them in good standing could only be surpassed by my faith in God to keep me from harm, both of which have failed to do what was asked of them. Small as the request may be we all found that are short comings were stronger then we originally thought them and we were all consumed.
I roamed the streets for mere moments before extraditing myself to a much more suitable location, a self maintained coffee shop of sorts. One of those sorts of places where you always gaze within and think to yourself that you want to be those type of people but your far to busy to do such a thing. I was neither busy nor one of them but it seemed like an escape from the purgatory that lay on the outskirts. I sat within the confines of a corner, darkened for a certain ambience, that much I am sure of. I stared off into the human blob of literary wannabes and poetic nonsense. None of them knew what lie outside those doors at that very moment, all their claims of genius and understanding and it was simple charitable initiative that they lacked. I cared not for those in or out and nor did I care about the petty match they booked for me. So long out of the ring and the best they could come up with was a sad upstart, no matter though, all in due time I suppose.
My surroundings seem to be starting to blur, and then the ambient darkness took me under. Back to my roots, back to a past long forgotten, a man I had let go long ago.
[After the TWA commercial break it returns to an arena darkened, yet lit by hundreds of candles. They lead from the ramp, around the ring, and all the way into the ring itself. In the center of the ring, a pulpit rests, awaiting its Reverend to come and preach from it. Then suddenly dark red lights come on at the entrance and the song once associated with Sephiroth of FF7 begins to play. Then a man, dressed in a black robe, walks out slowly to the ring and in his hand is a bible. You can't see the face of the man because his head is covered up by a hood. When he gets to the ring steps he lifts off the hood to reveal The Reverend Shadow. As the crowd sees who is revealed they become very rowdy and displeased with this surprise. As the rants come to a unison, you can hear what they are saying.
Crowd: Go to Hell! Go to Hell! Go to Hell!]
I could feel the hatred of the crowd running through my veins as I came too. The coffee shop still lay before me but this time it was different, wasn’t right. Everyone was on their feet gazing into my eyes, their bodies were lifeless and pupils dilated. It all felt wrong as if I was suppose to help them but I couldn’t. I stood up and ran out the door, bumping into multiple frigid corpses as I vacated the coffee shop. Then as I pierced the threshold of the door it was as if I was back in that arena again. The Fans chants continued as I stood at my podium.
[The Reverend ignoring the chant walks up the stairs as calmly as he did to the ring. As he gets up to his pulpit, where a microphone had been attached for him to speak into, he lays his bible down. Right then he throws his arms up into the air and a fiery explosion followed by a short flame, which quiets the crowds chants instantly, shoots from all four corners of the ring. He then lays his hands down onto the pulpit and begins to speak gently. As he speaks he uses many hand gestures to show his passion.
The Reverend: I’m here tonight to help you children out there get to the Kingdom of Heaven. I will help you by showing you what kind of hell that is in store for you. And I will do this by making an example, or a martyr if I was to be so bold, out of a guy who grew up like most of you. You see ---- has had a rough life that was brought upon by his childhood. Yes, I did my homework on my opponent but God himself brought us to each other. He wants me to punish you for your constant sinning and wickedness. He wants me to chastise you for all you have done, because you are an abomination. And when I bring you to the Thrown of God you will feel his wrath, and I shall be rewarded. Oh but see that’s only the beginning because then you will burn in hell for all eternity.
The Reverend then bends down and grabs something from behind his pulpit. When he comes back up he has a big book in his hands. He then sits it down upon the pulpit and begins to flip through it. He stops and begins to speak in his still calm and gentle voice again.]
As I started to speak, the words were silent, as if only mouthing the syllables. I the looked down at the book in my hand before raising my head back to see what was around me. I was back on the streets, nothing seemed to have changed there. I looked back through the window of the coffee shop to find nothing, empty, they were closed long before I had got there. I didn’t know what was going on and it seemed it would be better if I just got back to my apartment and rested. But before I could purse such a journey I had to gaze upon the pages of the book in my hands.
I opened it up and I read allowed the words inside. “Please Lord forgive them for they know not what they do. And please give me power to slay my opponent and bring him to you Lord for your final judgment on his soul. I ask all this in Jesus name. Amen.” As my voice faded off I could remember the prayer, it had been something said before each and every match. Something Reverend had said, not something Jason would be a party to, things were different now. Helping people was my goal back then but now….I knew what the world was to be in the near future and it mattered not what all these people were or weren’t. When the world folds we will all be a part of its loss.
Then I remember Ace, a new face full of life, hope, and ambition. I felt sorry for him, he knew nothing of what he was yet and still rushed aimlessly at whatever came before him. It was a face I could relate too, a person I once new. Once upon a time I probably would have taken him under my wing as I did others but now, now he is just another voided body with which I must merely bump into as I run by.
_____________
ooc: Not the best thing I have ever done but still working out the personality on the new Jason Jadoa and get him into a bit more a flow then he is now. Comments and Criticism are welcomed as always unless your name is Calvin, then don't bother. Other than that good luck to Ace Bennet.

I just watched the movie recently and rather enjoyed it for what it was suppose to be. I hate when people sit there and have to high of expectations when they grab movie that you could tell only plot line was they were prolly all going to die due to being locked in the building. But yea.. it made me jumpy.

horror I don't mind rps that are just monologues but for the sake of making it look like you put some time into it I think you should take the extra 5 minutes and add a setting. I didn't read the rp, but just by looking at it, and seeing theres no setting makes me wonder if you had to rush something again. which is okay if you did.. its just a way of making it look like you had more effort towards the rp. Unless of course, you're one of those people who prefer a monologue without a setting. I love how you try to be constructive in your comment but then of course admitting to not caring enough to reading said rp and give a full evaluation of it. fail
