Whoa lets try not to stroke Pauls ego too hard now. It was one episode and hardly any different from the last hundred raws besides pyro and a curse word oooo how edgy. atTiTuDE ErA rEtURn COnfIrMeD This. I think people are so ready to kiss Heymans ass they'll eat anything right now. The only things that seemed a tiny bit different was the presentation of the opening segment, and AJ's heel turn which I could easily see Vince being behind anyway. They're gonna have to do a lot more than that to build faith. And stop 2/3 falls matches.

For all the people on this board who tout about AEW being better than WWE, doesn't seem like anyone is watching the show lol It trended on Twitter just fine. This forum is an incredibly small corner of the fan base, and an even smaller portion post during any PPVs, and an even smaller portion of that arent searching the other feds board to find this and chat.

It's funny how the AEW bedwetters are shaming the WWE for doing this. But if it were the other way, it would be the greatest thing that could ever happen. It's a good move on Vince to do this. I'm sure it cost him a lot of cash to pull this off. People forget that Vince has had his back against the wall many times in the past but yet he was able to beat whatever was a threat to him. And AEW isn't even a threat to be honest. The days ahead should be very interesting. Im as deep an AEW supporter as there is, and i think this move is amazing. Foundation shaking. And as an AEW supporter i can confidently say theyd of never done this has it not been for AEW. Ive told people from the beginning, if AEW fails in a year, they still won becuase theyve caused a shift in the business.

So I do have to wonder.... is this a snub towards Stephanie and Triple H?? It seems like those are positions that they would be taking on and Vince gives it to two guys who ran wrestling promotions 25 years ago. Not a snub, if Vince died tmw the company would still go to HHH and Steph. And if it were up to HHH he could eliminate the new positions. Sounds to me like Vince will still be the puppet master, but he's loosening the reigns a bit and finally trusting some other great wrestling minds to get back on track. This is a gigantic move.

I honestly see them turning Becky and Seth heel soon. They cant honestly think the fans want the Rollins/Becky show on Raw. I see them being like the next Edge/Lita.

Honestly Taker was still pretty much himself 5 years ago at Mania 30. He was aging but still could go. As well as Jericho currently IMO. Its weird, ive noticed wrestler hit a wall at a certain age. Taker hit it at Mania 32 IMO. I wouldnt be surprised to see Jericho hit it in the next 5 years.

Raw is at an all time high level of staleness with the most fresh faces theyve ever had. Its nuts.

Everything was fine up until the end, it’s not as bad as you’re making it out to be lol What was fine though? The spears? I dunno. I don’t buy nostalgia acts. Haha You shoulda flipped your tv off after the battle royal then. Of course it was going to be a nostalgia act.

That HAD to be an audible! Taker looks pissed! I think the plan was for Goldberg to hit that Jackhammer perfectly and taker kick out, followed by Goldberg doing the tombstone with Taker reversing into his own. After Taker almost broke Goldbergs neck with the first one, and then Goldberg almost breaking Takers neck with the jack hammer, Taker probably figure the chokeslam was the safe bet.

Bad call to do that tombstone. Just about broke his neck. Not worth it.

This is gonna be a car crash match and it should be. Hopefully yheyre not dumb enough to have this be a 20 minute snoozer with lots of rest time. It needs to be a 5 minute mayhem like Brock and Goldberg at Mania.

They really just had a future 205 liv-er win that nobody knows. He got one of the biggest pops though so who cares. After seeing all the kids in the crowd and thinking for a second its cool i guess. Cool moment for all the kids that could have the same dream as him in the crowd.
