Welp, got my first glitch yesterday. I was Neville playing against Rich Swann in a falls count anywhere match. Went backstage, the ref didn't follow us into the parking lot area and didn't count the pins. Okay, fine. We made our way into the catering area, I threw a pan at him. As I was going to attack him while he was down, he reversed it and back dropped me onto the pan. Unfortunately, the pan was then absorbed into Neville's back, causing him to be disformed and trapped within the pan. Played for another 5 minutes like that until he dropped me and the pan separated from me. Video will come later today after I get home from work. I think that parking garage glitch is universal because the same thing happened on a Gore and Perkins video. Yeah, it's happened every single time I've gone into the car park. It isn't so much that the referee refuses to count, it's that he decides to not follow, but instead walks away, and then has to run to the parking lot. If you hold the pinfall for long enough, eventually the ref will get there and count it. |

To be fair though, unless the options are different from 2K17, you can turn off the simulation aspects, such as stamina, reversal limit, etc. Of course there are some features you can't turn off, but you still have the option to adapt the gameplay more to your liking.

Nia Jax is 6 foot and 240. Her BMI is 32.5. A BMI over 30 is obese. The word obese means *grossly fat. Stop arguing about facts. Again, BMIs don't take into account muscle mass. They're useless for determining a wrestler's obesity. Nia Jax is certainly not obese. |

It's downright pathetic to see people claiming that Nia is "fat" or morbidly obese". She isn't. If she was, she wouldn't be able to move anywhere near as well as she does in the ring. She's just naturally a larger person. Some people need to get some common sense and stop being so malicious. I mean, is it "shaming" someone to state a basic fact? She's fat. You can be attractive and be fat. You can be athletic and be fat. I don't see why it's so damn offensive. Vader and Bam Bam Bigelow could do more than she could athletically in the ring, are you gonna tell me they weren't fat? I suppose when you put it that way, I can agree with that. It's just that usually when people use the term "fat", they try to use it interchangeable with "obese", hence the negative connotation. But the people who specifically brought her body type up have done so in such a manner to purposely try to shame her. Specifically the poster who incorrectly claimed that she is "morbidly obese". That is most definitely 100% false, and was definitely done in a malicious way. Besides that, if it isn't intended to shame her, then why would anyone bother bringing it up? |

i don’t think she should be shamed over it, but anyone debating rather she is obese or not simply needs to use a bmi calculator and you’ll find she’s in class 2 obesity. Vader was obese, Mark Henry was obese, Rikishi was obese. doesn’t mean they weren’t world class wrestlers. BMI calculators don't take into account muscle mass. They're pretty useless when it comes to determining whether a wrestler is obese or not. |

I have a very hard time believing this. Probably just crappy journalists seeing the Neville rumours, seeing who didn't appear on RAW this week, and then trying to copy it.
But if this turns out to be true, then I'll be quite sad. Despite the dislike many people have of her, I think she's incredibly underrated, and one of the best parts of the RAW women's division. One of the most unique female superstars in WWE history.
Also, I really don't understand the people shouting "entitlement!". Even if this does turn out to be true, nobody knows her reasons. Why just instantly assume it was due to entitlement? I think people should wait to see how the situation develops before screaming "entitlement!".

How do you use the accelerator to unlock everything in the store on the PS4 version? You go to VC unlockables and then press Square (possibly Triange, it'll say at the bottom of the screen). Make sure you have definitely downloaded the Accelerator first. |

Roman Reigns VS Braun Strowman in a Street Fight confirmed for the RAW TV at Manchester arena on 6th of November: I for one am quite excited for this. I didn't expect any matches confirmed this far in advance, and especially not a street fight. Should be good, will be nice to see a street fight in person for once. Scrap that. With the return of the Shield, this match has been replaced with: "The Shield vs Intercontinental Champion The Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus" I'm pretty happy with that. |

Not yet. The roster is just far too small to really have a worthwhile tag team division. I can't wait for them to finally expand the division, and then it can happen. I can't wait for there to be a women's tag team division in the future though.

So after some major screwups by Royal Mail, I finally got my copy yesterday. Here are my thoughts so far:
Pros
- I like that roll-outs are much less frequent in multi-man matches. They were a much needed feature in 2K17, but happened far too frequently.
- The AI seems to be smarter this year. I had an awesome conclusion in Universe. It was me as Randy Orton VS Bobby Roode and Neville in a Triple Threat match. I hit the RKO on Neville, then went to make sure Roode was down, only for Roode to reverse and chuck me out of the ring, and then he quickly ran and picked up the pinfall victory. Even though I lost, I just thought that was such an awesome and realistic ending. I loved it.
- Love the return of hot tags. Tag team matches are going to be fun this year. I pretty much avoided them in 2K17 because I found them so dull.
- Loving the new menu designs and loading screens. They look beautiful. I don't think I'll tire of them.
- I absolutely LOVE Sheamus & Cesaro's victory scene, even despite the fact that it has no break-out. It's just such a perfect recreation and a joy to watch.
- 2K18 is not only a big step-up in terms of graphics, but also match quality. In 2K17, I'd have to hit at least two finishers on every single opponent, because everyone would kick out of one. In 2K18, I've been able to win most matches with just one finisher, which is how it should be.
Cons
- Why isn't the SmackDown Live intro in the game? While RAW is given the proper TV intro, SmackDown Live's is just a bunch of logo loops. Why?! I was looking forward to seeing the intro play for every Universe week. Hoping it gets patched in.
- They've removed AJ Lee's preset entrance, which is a real shame. I don't think I spotted Layla's either. Ah well. I'll just wait to get the PC version and mod it back in. I think I'll just use CAW slots for alternate attires on console.
- The game is quite buggy, with multi-man matches having significant lag. Hoping a patch isn't far off for this issue.
- Despite playing entirely through every match on three Universe shows, I still have yet to earn a single trophy. Are trophies locked until the standard edition release or something? I feel like surely I should have earned at least one by now.

Yeah, so far the game is great, and definitely an improvement over it's predecessor, even given how incredible Shadow of Mordor was. Shadow of War just takes it to another level. I do find it strange how you begin the game more or less powerless, though I suppose it wouldn't be very good gameplay-wise if you started off with all your abilities. Put a good few hours into it over the past few days, and still loving it. Enjoying what I've played so far. The only real complaint I really have is, even if you've changed Talion's armor, in the cutscenes, it's still his default gear. I've actually faced the same captain, 3 times so far. I swear, I kill him, but he would show back up, going on about sweets lol. Hopefully 3 time was the charm, and he's dead for good. I think there's an achievement for dominating a captain after having killed them 3 times. |

Well I had been looking forward to playing it today for months...and the postman couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcel, marking my address as "access unavailable". Literally only had the same carrier (Royal Mail) deliver earlier this week. Suppose I'll just have to walk 2 miles to pick it up tomorrow. Not even guaranteed to be given it, considering I don't have a "sorry we missed you" card.
On the plus side, perhaps some bugs will have been patched by then.

Eagerly awaiting the post today. Cannot wait to play, today will be a GLORIOUS day!
But on the downside, one of my friends has run into issue that he really needs to solve. Whenever he tries to play a custom match with 2 controllers, he gets a "parental control" error message. Anybody have a solution for him? Please comment on the video:

I have mixed feelings on that special Bobby Roode NXT Takeover arena entrance. On one hand, it's Bobby Roode, and his entrances are always awesome and a joy to see recreated. On the other hand, they really allocated resources on making additional special arena-specific entrances for superstars, while there are superstars who really needed a new standard entrance animating?

I find it hilarious that quite a few people are jumping on Neville, assuming that the only reason he walked out is due to having lost to Enzo Amore. Do people really assume Neville is THAT unprofessional? There are so many possible reasons for Neville supposedly walking out.

So happy to see that Sasha Banks features on the back of the game box! The packaging this year is definitely a step in the right direction. I cannot wait for the year we finally get a woman on the cover.
