This is not to be negative because I am excited about this line and what's to come after SDCC and yesteray. But I keep going back to the 4th DM last year. One of these guys who did a Q & A with Bill, said he took it as it was Owen. That's all well and good My question is if MDT can spend whatever tooling, design, time, planning, etc on someone who will "never" sign with WWE, so much that they had to re release SDCC Undertaker (biggest DM flop so far) If they did that, why on earth would they not have already done that with maybe the simplest mega star ever, Goldberg? That is a major problem when it comes to WWE Mattel and losing popularity. The turnaround time wasn't a problem for the first 6 years

Really good reveals imo. Only one drawback, only one new character revealed. Dana Brooke. And I don't even think that was a new reveal. Well, first of all, they showed Dana Brooke at the last toy show so that's not really new. Secondly, while they were character reveals, this is the first time we've seen actual figures (not renders) for American Alpha, Asuka, The Revival, Shinsuke Nakamura. And thirdly, you missed the one new character reveal they actually had which was Carmella. Cheers bud. So the checklist was both out of date and wrong :D I was purely talking from the perspective of the list, under your checklist.

Another update on amyths Beckton.
They have always sold there.
Last time I was there I said to the manager I didnt think figs were selling as well based off my Ebay experiences recently, and their mental stock.
Today, after a week of 3 for 2, and 20 quid off if you spend 100, effectively meaning you can get 9 elites for 80 quid if you have a couple of discounted ones, the shelves are still RAMMED.
Backstocked to Elite 40. Tons of Joe. 6 additional crates of Elite 44 up top, 10 or so other shippers and a massive container of about 100 figures at the front of the shop whoch must have had another 15 Elite 44 machos and Elite 44 for days...
Bad times if Smyths pull the plug.

I don't mean to dig you out, as you certainly aren't the only one, but this is yet another question, along with all the Koko questions, the Dino Bravo questions, the Hercules questions, that are just filling space.

Got myself a Christmas Temp job and get paid at the end of Nov and late Dec I want to get all of Elite 46 but not sure who to pick up when Definitely getting Balor first, then im not sure who's more likely to sell out, out of Harlem Heat, it'd suck to get one and end up not being able to get the other, I'm not too worried about Seamus/Rusev/Cena as I'm sure there will be a bunch of them But yeah stuck on Harlem Heat, won't be able to get both as that'll be when I get most people's presents I don't think any will sell out.
There is a huge stock backlog.
You can still readily get Flashbacks from Elite 39 onwards.

Can someone with a brain moderate the questions this year? Can MattelDesignTeam start the interview by saying, "If a figure is on TV or a legend signs, it takes 9 months to a year to get a figure out", thus making all subsequent, "When are we getting Nakamura/ Goldberg/Kendrick/TJ Perkins sisters' dog" questions both embarrassing and pointless? Im going to make my own Q and A video before Ringside Fest where I answer everyone's questions since everyone here has tunnel vision and memory loss. Stay tuned. Ha, happy to make a guest appearance!!!

There is nothing on google or borderfree and you cant order the WCW ring on the international target. ...try "Hall Of Fame Ring" - it's £30.40, plus £21.44 shipping. And another £9.29 if you want to pay the import/customs fee up-front. Cool.
yeah, I won't be buying that at that price!!!

I've managed to moderate the questions that anyone actually cares about for Ringside....
Why did you change the elbows on the figures? Do you have NXT tag titles in the works, or an idea of who youd put them with? Did the recent Wwe concussion lawsuit change any flashback plans? Are more flashback managers coming out soon? Is new packaging on the way? Are the half series for the Elites going to continue on to next year? Or is it just a seasonal thing? Any idea what Elite series we can expect the new Universal, both Women's belts? Can we get a bag accessory for like Brutus' scissors and for Big John Studd? And a plastic bundle of money to place in it? The bag could have the classic wwe logo. Was the Mean Gene BAF set scrapped? What's going on with the HOF line... seems to be taking forever for a new series to be released (even though they're regularly advertised on the WWE website and TV!) Bill, are there any more NWA/WCW Pre-Nitro era figures planned in the elite flashback range? Will that Contract Signing Chaos playset that appeared overseas show up in US stores? If so, where and when? Is the Retro line a one-off thing like Zombies and Mutants, or are there plans for more waves? It feels like the line is being overproduced, which is what looks to be causing Walmart and Target to have figures that are over a year old. Do you think this is a legitimate concern? With so many store exclusives and an extra Elite set it feels like the market is being saturated right now, are things going to continue at this pace? Will their be a cruiserweight line?
And I've managed to answer the rest of the questions myself.
Q "Bill, would you like to make a XXXX figure if XXXX was ever signed to WWE" Bill "Maybe, but we don't have the rights right now."
Q " Will this current NXT star get a figure" Bill "it's Possible"
Q "Can we get this attire from this event, for xxxxx" Bill "I'm working on another figure for XXX at the moment"
Q "When will we get AJ / Nakamura / Anderson / " Bill "They are in TV every week, for the millionth time......9-12 months for a new figure you STUPID IDIOT"

For the first 5 years those flashbacks never would have hung around at all. I think that there might be a few too many legends per set these days. If there was one per set, previously unreleased "first time in line" sort of thing, they'd possibly sell a lot better. For the older generation of fan, like myself, seeing a Tugboat figure is more than welcome. For a nine year old kid, though, who would probably know him as Typhoon, if he knew him at all, it's probably a figure he could miss and it becomes a shelf warmer. They'd probably go for a repainted Rollins, Cena, Ambrose or Reigns before going towards a legend figure. I think if they did two series of six each year, one at the beginning, one towards the end, like the one that's recently been released, more people would buy them. I broadly agree with your first point but this is why the case from Mattel has a breakdown of different quantities.
I believe this case was
2x Randy Savage 2x Big E 1x Sasha Banks 1x Braun Strowman 1x Sin Cara 1x Tugboat
The Elite series have been about 6.5 sets per year since the start, it was never a problem, until we had all the extra sets that we currently have.

The irony is for years on these boards all you read about is how impossible it is for the UK collectors to get anything because shipping prices are so high. Well if your stores look like that why do you feel the need to buy internationally? I would just go to my local Smyths or TRU. We never got Legends Original DMs RSCs All stars Then now forever Elites Walgreen exclusives First HOf set Many TRu exclusives And our retail price is 50% higher, which in an era of globalisation, When they are shipped from China, is B0ll0x

For the first 5 years those flashbacks never would have hung around at all. But the Legends wouldn't sell so they canceled the line. Legends never came to the uk unfortunately.

My local Smyths in Bromborough, Wirral, is always extremely well stocked, just like the picture posted in this thread. However, the stock rotates quite a lot, with more popular figures selling quickly. There are still shelf warmers, though, like Sid and Umaga. In general, they seem to sell well. For the first 5 years those flashbacks never would have hung around at all.

This isn't going to end well... Plenty of people on here would give their right arms to have the "shelf-warming" selection u have. And no, supply and demand. Mattel are likely just making more You have Amazon.com.
You simply don't need shops anymore. Free delivery. No gas needed. Time is money.
Dodgy paint app or crushed box.? Complain. they usually let you keep it.
