I looked in my college handbook. The worst that could happen would be probation for the rest of my college career and 5 hours of community service. I won't be going to jail all you s who said I would. It will most likely take several weeks for me to find out if anything comes out of this situation or not. I'm hoping for nothing. If I actually did something to get in trouble, I would accept the consequences. You insult people who were obviously joking with you, when you could have not been a drama queen and looked at the handbook instead of posting here.

your all morons you know how many underage people are in bars a night you think the owners go to jail? IF and when they get raided which is very seldom based on how many bars and people there are in an area the owner gets a fine. And your not in trouble if they didnt arrest you, its a scare tactic by taking your name so you dont do it in the future because they "have your name" but they dont they threw that list away that night and theres no record of you being there sooo have fun and dont worry about these things too much. I know cops and am going to be one they have more to worry about then you.

No I go to college it is really not. They dont give a crap the cops just show up to get people out and if they wrote your name it does not mean anything trust me you cannot just write peoples names down as a cop and then do something later they either act then or nothing.
I am in college and training to be a police officer and have been in bar raids and party raids.

Well regardless of what you say Office Brown, I was in this same situation, I was sitting on the couch eating and watching TV when people busted in and broke up a "party" I was under 21 and in the room with booze, and I was put on probation, as was EVERYONE in my suite, even the people sitting in their rooms with the doors open.
Colleges can do this. It has been done.

They really don't give a . They take your name to intimidate you so that you'll remember the time when you almost got in deep crap for doing this and that, even if nothing would have happened.

I can pretty much guarantee that you will not be subject to any legal consequences. The most you can expect is some repercussions from the school.

Dude, let it roll off your back. Law enforcement is a joke when it comes to stuff like this. They show up to scare you more than anything. Let it go.

and people like you are stupid, i've been in this situation before where i had gone to jail along with several people because underaged drinking is illegal, and since your 18 the responsiblity falls on you as an ADULT. some people like you are morons. bull ****. sure, you shouldn't get too deep in alcohol use while you're young or attend every party there is a month, but the odd party with some beverages is not a bad thing if you're responsible enough to cover your own ass. i've been in countless situations with cops and i have never had to pay a fine related to alcohol or gone to jail, so it looks like you're the moron. i've had some of the best nights of my life drinking and just as many not drinking; there's a balance there. everyone who is saying 'don't drink' blah blah blah were mostly just people who never got invited to the parties...i heard that car rides are dangerous and you might get in a crash; perhaps you shouldn't be involved with vehicles either. Truth be ing heard!
