I am not qite sure why Harry wants Glen Johnson at Spurs - I know he is Awesome but we have to get rid some of some of the other 4 right backs at the club first It's all talk, Spurs are linked with every player under the sun whenever the transer window is around. I wouldn't take anything you hear too seriously unless it's official.

I though Gareth Barry's ambition was to play CL football, should he leave Villa. Guess money talks (yet again).

I'm pleased Barry (seems to be) joining Man City... should mean we keep Alonso. I never wanted Barry at Anfield if it meant selling Alonso so yeh, I'm happy.

Gary Barry 12million. Lass Diarra 20million.
Carazy.
Great signing for Man City but cheaper than I imagined he'd go for. Makes me wonder what everyone else were doing whilst this deal got done.

Last summer Barry complained he wanted Champions League football and that was the only reason he wanted to leave but by going to Manchester City who won't even be in Europe next season just goes to show that he is only in it for the money.

Didn't Villa reject a £18mil bid from Liverpool last season?
And why shouldn't Burnley go for Scholes... Bolton are after him ;D

Reports from Spain are Real Madrid and Milan reached agreement of 65 million euros but no personal terms between Real and Kaka have been reached.

I reckon (the way it looks) Kaka could well be joining Real Madrid.
As for Man City I doubt they'll get a Robinho-calibre player in this summer simply because they *shouldn't* want to join.

haha just read this on football365
12.15: Expect every footballer around the world to prick up their ears at the reported £130,000-a-week wages offered to Gareth Barry and fancy a slice of the pie.
First up is Ze Roberto, leaving Bayern Munich aged around 73, who says: "Manchester City is quite high up on the list. They want to play internationally and I should help them achieve that goal."
LOL
