my wife and i were talking about spending habits and what not and it got me thinking about how much money i've spent over the years. last year we bought our house for $235,000 and a week later we bought her 2008 nissan altima then went and bought myself a 2008 jeep wrangler. it was quite an expensive year.
now technically that doesn't count since you pay it off over time. therefore 2004 was my most expensive year. it started off by me buying her a pug puppy for $1,500. then buying my brand new (at the time) mini cooper. i count this because i put $8,000 down. then we booked a vacation to hawaii which costed about $5,000. lastly i bought her an engagement ring to propose in hawaii that ran me $11,000. it was quite the year.
so is there anything that you really went to town on?

im only 13 so this year is $200 on my HIAC RSR
i spent alot on a wii last year that was $250+
thats in AUD

Last year into the beginning of this year was pretty good. I spent about 5 grand on a fish tank, vacation to Vegas, tickets to all kinds of stuff, 46 inch LCD tv, home theatre system, and a bunch of other random crap i prob didn't need.

Nice, I like to see pics if you can post them. And I'm 16, so, I don't really spend that much money. But I spend over $200 easily trying to keep up my fish tanks and on fish food every year. |
