I'm terrified. It cost me a trip to Mania 26 this year. Probably my biggest fear

Nah, my parents first took me on planes when I was young and it's never bothered me.

Nah. Been up and back to the Gold Coast on planes twice (2 hours each way) and I don't mind flying at all. Next years going to test me though, as I must go from here to LA (14 hours), from Chicago to NY (2 hours), from DC to LA (3 hours) then from LA home (14 hours).

Kinda. If I'm thinking about how high the plane is up in the air I get a bit scared.
This one time the plane could land due to some traffic and we had to fly in circles for about 30 minutes , I almost crapped myself.

I am completely terrified of flying. I won't do it....Well...I might, but I'd have to be on some sort of tranquilizer.

I realise it's just the thought of it, but travelling by plane is much safer than by car.

I don't mind when I'm actually in the air, but when going up, I feel pretty meh and try to just close my eyes.

Nothing like watching your last 5 minutes of life pass you by while people around you are screaming their lungs out. No thanks. There's no where I need to go or nothing i need to see that badly

I wouldn't say I was scared, but when you think about Hijacking's & Plane Crashes, it does hit me hard

Actually I just generally prefer driving. I like to see things make stops, carry my own damn food...just little things like that. I don't like having to worry if my chapstick is going to get taken or if the TSA is going to paw through my suitcase and spill sunscreen everywhere. I had a terrible experience the last time I flew. I had self tanner, I am extremely fair skinned, a layer of self tanner really helps prevent sunburn for me. Well, after it hits the air it turns brown...the TSA person...opened it...never closed it and it was a brown mess in my suitcase.

I've never flown before, but I will be in 2 weeks when I fly to NYC for a basketball game.
Is there any law against having a few drinks before you get on the plane?
