I didn't look at Monday night as being competitive between the two companies.
I would base my decision on the show that interested me the most and will more than likely be the one which I remember five, ten, fifteen years from now when I think of January 4, 2010.
That would be Raw, and only because of the first fifteen minutes that brought my two favorite wrestlers of all time together again when it seemed like it could never happen again after Survivor Series 1997. In my opinion, it will be hard to top that moment for the remainder of the decade.

I was at TNA last night. It was amazing so TNA wins in my book. I doubt WWE was better than that.
Hall and Xpac sat next to me and that was awesome! Haha. Great night, great show. Can't wait to see what TNA does tonight and in the future.

WWE put on a better show. They had the right amount of segments and had grade A matches. TNA just seemed desperate, bringing in all these people. TNA fans are stupid. They think they're watching something new. It's exactly what WCW did over a decade ago. Ric Flair? The nWo? Really?

TNA was better but they were both not half as near as good as WWF from 2001ish time. Hardy is Home !!!!

So what was the new and fresh ideas that TNA was supposed to bring out last night now that Hogan's there?
All this boasting about TNA being a wrestling show, had what 2 matches last longer than 3 minutes.

TNA definatly had more suprises. Yeah, nothing but a bunch of WWE rejects from what I heard. TNA is doing the same thing WCW did in the past and I'm sorry, but it just won't work. Hiring nothing but a bunch of WWE rejects will get your company NOWHERE. WCW tried that and they went bankrupt. And they were a whole hell of alot bigger than TNA is, that's for sure and they still bit the bullet. Here's a list of debuts and returns from TNA last night: -Hulk Hogan (HUGE WWE reject.) -Eric Bischoff (WWE reject) -Ric Flair (WWE reject that doesn't know when to walk away) -Jeff Hardy (Burn out druggie WWE reject) -Shannon Moore (WWE Reject) -Scott Hall (Drunk WWE reject) -Sean Waltman (WWE reject that banged a dude) -The Nasty Boys (Fat pigs who are OLD WWE rejects) -Val Venis (Big WWE reject here) -Orlando Jordan (Geez, TNA is stooping low. Another WWE reject) -Jeff Jarrett (NOBODY cares about this WWE reject) -Sting (Ah, big deal. He's old and washed up. Don't care about him) -Bubba The Love Sponge (Who the ?) Yeah, bringing in Hall, X-Pac, O.J., Venis, Moore, Flair, Druggie Hardy, Bischoff, Sponge-boy, and The Nasty Boys is really going to help the company. That's the most sorry list of ing WWE rejects I've ever seen in my life. Desperate actions by a desperate company, if you ask me. The countdown is on for TNA's demise. Bringing in nothin' but a bunch of Hogan's buddies will be the death of TNA. yeah but what if they left on their own free will? i didn't know that meant you were a reject

Well in my opinion WWE was a better show.
And I though that Orton/Kofi was just as good as the Angle/sawed off midget...er Styles match.
Impact was like an episode of Nitro from 2000. You know, when WCW was just throwing random nonsense on the screen with no ryhme or reason. What the hell was going on in that red cage? A masked man? Honestly? They will probably drop that angle within a week unless Hogan can fit Horace under that hood...

I think WWE had a great show to be honest, 2 awesome promos, a great tag team match, the rest was pretty like average but didn't see TNA.

What about WWE with their DX, Jericho and Undertaker?, were they not there a decade ago? And I mean in the 90's, not the year 2000. They're both the same, TNA has their vets, WWE has theirs. TNA brought Hogan and Flair, WWE brought Hart. TNA has the NWO, WWE has DX. TNA have Hardy, WWE have Christian. They're both the same as each other but no doubt, TNA was unpredictable where-as we all saw WWE's show before it even started. TNA did more and deserve it, they won't win but they should IMO.

WWE, even though TNA had more suprises, they brought in guys who dont have much longer to wrestle, ric, hardy (i heard hes going to jail, is it true?), hogan. Most likely none of those guys will come back except hogan, Im not up to date if they signed or not, so dont bash me. Jeff wont be back if What i heard is true. WWE was better just because all of their matches had people that people cared about, where whenever I turned on tna i would see somebody who looks bland as hell, then I change the channel. This was probably the best tna show ever, but they cant do that every week, wwe pulls off good shows every week.

WWE Won, If TNA had hyped Jeff Hardy, Eric, and Flair coming they would probably would have got more views but instead they just hyped hulk hogan
