All they have is Heritage series 1 and some Primo/Carlito 2-packs at my nearest TRU. I remember when I used to be able to head to TRU and find new Jakks figures fairly regularly, the only figures that were tough to find were CS every-other-case figures and Jeff and Rey. They added an end cap at my store recently, but it just had more Heritage figures spread out. There is plenty of space to put new figures, but you can't buy what they don't have. I'm already frustrated with Mattel's distribution, which was my biggest fear in the first place. I hope things pick up soon, but if you're familiar with Mattel's other lines, you know how horrid the distribution can be. I miss the days when Wal-Mart never got anything and TRU would consistently get new stuff.

Mattel distribution for their other lines is not even close to how it used to be. Their most recent culprit, the DC Universe line, has become easier to find with every wave.
I think that their distribution is fine for these - WWE wouldn't allow Mattel to not have their product on shelves. We are only 8 weeks into this line and they have bombarded us with Basics 1, 2, 3 Elite 1, 2 Two Packs 1, 2, 3 and a whole slew of store exlcusives, rings and other stuff.
Generally after Christmas most stores don't reset and restock until now - for all intents and purposes we have been lucky to see this much new product since Jan 1.
If anything Mattel is putting the breaks on in an effort to not have oversaturation. Then we would have everyone complaining about peg warming and the line failing.

I've found everything except series 3, Entrance Greats Michaels and Superstar Matchups HHH so far. Oh, and those HHH/Orton and Edge/Cena exclusives, which haven't hit the UK yet (and maybe never will).

DKR said it perfectly, mattel is damned if they do damned if they don't, if they over flood the stores kids will bitch that figures are warming pegs and if they do what they are doing now kids will bitch that there isn't 100 figures to choose from at TRU.

I have to disagree with this. I've seen a total of 1 Series 11 figure between 5 WalMarts, 5 Targets and 4 TRU. I've not seen any Series 12 and besides PowerGirl warming the pegs at every WalMart I only saw each figure maybe once. I do think they've done better with the WWE line, but the DCUC distribution is a disgrace.

Let me know what you need, it may be hanging out here. I got the entire Wave 12 set at WM over the past week and it was the third case put out. Before that...2 cases of 11.

You must live near an enchanted Wal-Mart or something, because I would say the VAST majority of collectors are still having difficulties finding DCUC at retail. I order online for DCUC, but I still do at least 20 Wal-Mart runs a week to various Wal-Marts, and I've never seen a single figure from Wave 11 at retail and only a handful of Wave 12. The exception does not prove the rule--Mattel distribution is still awful.

As I stated above, Waves 10 11 and 12 have been overly abundant at the local Wal-marts.

I think Mattel is doing it smart, to be honest. Release a set a few times at a different variety of stores, then be done with it and have the next wave come out.

It's hard to find ANY figures around here still. I've yet to see one Rey Mysterio, Big Show or Henry on the shelves. (I'm counting everything up til Series 3 and the next PPV of course, which from what I hear is due out next Monday)...And I've only seen 1 Kane, but since I had him from Jakks I didn't think of getting him at the time. Until I realized how awesome he was, but by that time he was gone. Everything seems to bleed off the shelves around here. Toys R Us literally has ONE figure on every peg except the end of the aisle. Mostly Heritage, but it seems they're trying to make the shelves look more filled than they really are...to me that means your distributor needs to get more product to you. So overall I would say the distribution would be poor so far.
P.S. I don't live in a small town exactly, Fort Wayne is the center point between Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnatti and Detroit. And we're the 2nd biggest city in Indiana, next to Indy of course...you would expect stores here to have a bit more. At least I do.

Yeah same here as far as TRU sucking balls lately. Wal-Mart is definately the place to go hunt. I have seen eveything so far (even 2-Packs series 3) but no Basic 3. Definately hurting my wallet to spend gas money and time to try to stay caught up. Mattel has gotta slow down at some point. I figure since they had months to get ready for the launch they already had all of these series ready to go. The unexpected demand has caused them to rush out the newer series to fill orders. It will slow down soon.....I HOPE

It's not just TRU that I am having a hard time finding anything at. It's EVERY store in my area. Still haven't seen basic 2, elite 2, tag 2, flexforce 2 in stores yet. All of the series 1 stuff I had no problems finding, but series 2 has been very elusive.

It's been 3 weeks since the TRU by me has stocked anything new. Walmart is not any better with 5 red Megaphones.
