For one reason, Christmas. You can never get Christmas spirit around here when it's like 40 degrees on Christmas day! I get upset every year when I see the snow, and the big light up trees in the middles of cities around the world in snow and everything

you have kangaroos. you have no right to complain. its a fair trade. If thats not post of the year, I dont know what is. Lol but really, believe me, I wouldnt mind swapping a few warm christmas's with ya. Snow's amazing and all, if your looking out the window of your warm home, but once you have to go out into it, it freakin sucks! Its cold here, from like October to about March. 6 freaking months of hoodies and jackets; and during winter, gloves, and earmuffs. Its fun when youre a kid, but when you have to start shoveling and cleaning cars day after day it gets tedious. I still find fun though from the snow: Snow drifting. My car is on death row (bad engine), but I hope it lasts long enough for me to have a little E-brake fun this year. Why dont you try planning a trip to the future? try to get a group together and spend the holiday in the states or something?

Lol sounds like heaven to me You do realize 40 degrees Celsius is like 104 degrees Fahrenheit right? Unless you like being so hot your ass might literally fall off.

I was just going to post the same thing. Ever since I watched "Scrooge", I've always wanted to spend Christmas in England.

I don't know if I've ever seen snow on Christmas Day. If I did, I don't recall.

40 Degrees isn´t the start of it, the hottest day I remember being over here was 49 degrees.
Off topic, but I hate how in American shows they think Australia is just like one big desert with Boomerangs and Kangaroo´s and funny ¨OI MATE!¨ Accents, we don´t even talk like that, we don´t play with Boomerangs like, ever. And Kangaroos well, they are pretty awesome seeing them hop across the road at night.

I'm with ya. I don't live in Australia, but I've always thought it'd be great to wake up to snow on Christmas morning.

I've met plenty of Australians in NYC where I reside and I hate to break it to you but yeah, you do talk like that..... to our ears at least.

Yeah it's true, i lived in England for 3 years and Christmas was really nice there.
Last year we had Christmas on the beach and cooked the turkey on the Webber-Q which was very nice, in 2008 it was terrible, windy and cold.
But trust me, it is not nice eating a warm turkey when the air is hotter than the turkey.

Pretty much Brits, but not as strong as them.
