Definitely don't do this without employee approval first. Nearly all retailers will kick you out of the store for going through unopened cases, and they may even bar you from shopping there in the future.

ive never done it because ive never been to the store when the stores get new shipments

One time when I was at TRU, I asked this kid (who was taller than me, lol) to climb up there and take a box down and open it for me.... and he did.
I try to avoid TRU and WalMart employees at all costs.

I've thought about it each time I saw a new shipment of figures just sitting on the sales floor unopened. For some reason it's happened to me at least twice with different toys I was collecting, such as Transformers, Star Wars, DC/Marvel figures, but never WWE figures.
Anyways, I'd try to avoid that because I know there could be some consequences with it, like getting kicked out of the store. Even though asking someone for help with a package could result with bitchiness, I tend to just put up with it and try to get what I'm looking for, I could careless if they're being douches.
