So I watched Children of Sorrow. Been looking forward to this since we had Bill on our show. I will see I don't think this is for everyone. Its a found footage style religious cult flick. It takes a little bit to get going but when it does Father Simon (Bill Oberst Jr.) Really does have a way to get under your skin. Once the first death hits it goes bat crap crazy really fast. If you get a chance check it out!! Thanks pal. I plan to check it out now. You have a horror podcast I assume?

WTF happened with Jeepers Creepers 3? It was supposed to come out like 5 times ago with Gina Phillips from the first one. Oh well it. I'll watch it anyway if it ever sees the light of day.

Saw 'Oculus' Friday night. Still not sure if I liked it or not. I typically don't enjoy those kind of horror films but I was engaged with the story and the idea was kinda neat. I don't really think it delivered enough scares though.

I don't really think it delivered enough scares though. Yeah I didn't hate it but I didn't love it. I saw the ending coming about ten minutes into the movie, so I guess it was kind of predictable too. Not overly scary but it kept my attention. I'd say solid 5-6 outta 10.

Two words:
Adam. Chaplin.
One of the bloodiest, if not THE bloodiest, things I've ever seen. Italians can still get it done when it comes to horror.

Watched Wolf Creek 2. Not nearly as good as the first but still solidly entertaining.

I'm currently working on two reviews, one of which is for Countess Dracula which was put out on blu-ray by Synapse films. I've gotta say it's a real nice looking blu-ray and a must for fans of the Hammer films. I finished Death Bed earlier today which is a bit rough looking but oddly enough not nearly as bad as I was expecting. I've also currently have a contest running on my facebook page so if you'd like the chance to win a bunch of cool horror swag be sure to enter!

Just thought I'd pop in here and say hello to all the guys that used to linger on this thread with me a few years ago. College and being an adult kinda sucks.
By the way, got around to watching Stake Land on Netflix the other night. Not a bad flick at all.

Here's my lil' list: Willow CreekThere's a showing this Sunday here in Portland with Bobcat in attendance. I wanted to go so damn bad but I have to work that night. -- My cousin and I are having a "space monsters" marathon next week. We've done High School slashers, Puppet Master(oy vey) and Death Wish in the past and now we're taking a stab at "space monsters". This is what we have got lined up so far... Terrorvision The Thing Alien Galaxy of Terror Attack the Block Pitch Black Invaders From Mars (80's) Forbidden World Killer Klowns Critters Deadly Spawn The Blob (80's) Predator Night of the Creeps Anything I'm missing? Toyed with Invasion of the Body Snatchers, but didn't really fit the "monster" criteria.

Does anyone in here love the Blair Witch Project 1 and 2? That was a franchise I fell head on into. I have a Twiggy necklace, if that tells you anything.

The BW3 they are discussing making won't go back to the look of the 1st, but possibly the theme/tone.

PLUG IT IN! PLUG IT IN! PLUG IT IN!
I watched the Carrie remake today (if that's considered a horror, it is on Netflix)
Really enjoyed it actually, Chloe Mortez is hot and the movie detailed the viewpoint of her mum and her classmates. Loved the prom scene and it did the classic justice.
8/10
