I will collect the Jakks TNA figures. I don't know about Mattel yet. I will have to see how they look. I might just keep the WWE figures I have now and quit collecting WWE.

I'll admit that all I'm after is Hogan figures... so where ever Hogan goes, that's where I'm going to collect his figures. If none of them have any Hogan's, then I'm done ;D
God bless.

I'm gonna miss jakks wwe figures and rings. I'll take a look at protos for mattel wwe figs and if they're in scale and look okay then i'll buy 'em. but did anyone notice that on wrestlingfigs.com in the article mattel only mentions wwe figures, plush toys, and remote control cars, nothing about rings and playsets.

I think we should reserve judgment until we see the final product from Mattel

This makes me so mad,but when there is no more Jakks WWE Figures,im done collecting, after all of these years,just....wow,this sucks.Because we all know Mattel is gonna make the figures so stupid, and I will have to start collecting all over again if I bought them.So I will not buy Mattel's stupid figs, and I might buy one TNA Jakks fig,....Christian Cage.

I will stop getting wwe figures for good once Jakks is done and i may pick up some TNA figs if they are in scale and i still have interest. In the same boat. Unless by some miracle the Matell figs fit with our already huge RA collections.

I'm going to be playign the waiting game like many others. I am a devoted CS collector so basically when that line is done, I'm done. I would like to think Jakks would keep the line open for a few series to fill in whatever gaps are left from the WWE license. However their are a lot of legal stuff to be answered as to who owns what rights and stuff.
I guess if Jakks can keep the same style carding and just use a different title for the series like 'Wrestling Legends" or something, I'll continue to buy. However if they completely change the name, carding, and style figures, then I'm done when I have every last CS figure MOC (minus the 1/5 and 1/20 unless they drop like a rock in value/price).
But hey if 2009 is the last year for the CS line, then I've had a great time. I won't ever say I'll never collect again as I said the same thing when the Hasbro WWF line finished. I'm just going to continue collecting CS figures and see what Jakks & Mattel brings us.
