i was 6, i dont remember. my family watched WCW in the 90's stopped around 2000 and started watching wrestling again in late 2001 or early 2002 You'd have been 8 or 9, actually, if you're not lying about your age. I was 13 at the time. My parents never really ordered PPVs for me - rare occasions, at best, so I heard about it the next morning on the news. Of the two friends I'd had growing up that shared a fondness for wrestling with me, one had moved back to New York a year prior, and the other had since reached high school and we'd begun drifting apart, so I briefly agonized over it in my own little way. I think, at 13, I didn't quite appreciate the volume of the incident, along with the implications in regard to keeping the show going. I usually caught my PPVs via rented VHS, and naturally, that one never crossed the shelves.

I was 7 & was going to watch the PPV after school with one of my older cousins, he told me about it at break time in school. Pretty shocking.

Oh yes I do, I remember getting ready to record the biopic of Jesse Ventura on VHS on NBC which right after it was over the headline of the local news was the death of Owen Hart. I just couldn't believe it and I had many tears in My eyes seeing him on the mat, it was quite shocking and it took Me a very long time to get over his death so yeah, I "really" remember it.

I was almost 11 and didn't order the ppv that night. I woke up to watch Basketball highlights which was standard practice for me in 4th grade, so i turned on NESN.
They had a 15 second piece of Owen's death. Such a random and sad way to find out.
I don't remember anything else from that day, but i was really gutted.
