A big one in the dislike category for me is Napoleon Dynamite. I loved this film when I originally saw it in the theater and I couldn't wait to own it on DVD. I bought the DVD, watched it again, still enjoyed it for the most part. However, every single viewing since then I've begun to dislike it more and more. It's to the point now that I'll actually avoid watching it. Maybe it's because of the over saturation we've seen in pop culture, I don't know.
A film in the like category is There Will Be Blood. I was four years late to the party when it comes to this movie, but after finally watching it I was captivated, so much that I watched it again a day later. The film is just brilliant and it's such an intimate ride with Daniel Plainview and his descent into what is basically madness. I have since watched it two more times making it a total of four and each time I grow more fond of the film, so much so that it's steadily climbing up my top 25 of all time list.

Talladega Nights is one that comes to mind. As much as I love NASCAR I don't find this movie funny at all

Sucker Punch. Absolutely loved it when I saw it in theaters. When I bought it on DVD and watched it for the second time, I couldn't get through it. That's really the only one off the top of my head.

Dislike: Avengers, loved in the cinemas, hadnt previously seen the othe marvel films, watched them in the days counting down to the avengers release. loved it when I saw it, got it on dvd couldn't even make it through one sitting, made it like half way through the film, stopped and haven't watched it since.

I'll never turn on Sweeney Todd or the Nightmare Before Christmas without enjoying it.
There's so many that I love.

As a huge fan of Christopher Nolan, it saddens me to say...
Inception!
And that's dislike.

Hated Shutter Island the first time I saw it and now it's one of my favorite movies.
Fight Club is a movie that got better every time I watched it as well.

Captain America has gotten much better after watching it a few more times. Also I'd say seeing Chris Evans playing him again in the Avengers made me like the actual Captain America movie a bit more too.

I really liked Sweeney Todd in the theater, tried to watch it again at home and realized just how terrible it actually is.
I used to hate Halloween 3 because it wasn't a Michael Myers movie, but I gave it another chance later on and watched it as its own thing, and now I really love it. Honestly, I like it better than any of the other sequels/remakes.

The more I watch Machete and Desperado and El Marachi or any fun Robert Rodriguez movies the more I like them.
