everybody listen-this is all a work.
Ricardo Rodriguez KNEW that swagger was a legitimate threat to alberto, so he planted the herbal green flame in swaggers car KNOWING that he has a lead foot and would surely get pulled over.
bravo. lol

What are you talking about? The office was clearly a fan of WWE and had a gripe against Swaggers character. I'm telling you I've been pulled over so many times for speeding and doing the other thing Swag got busted with and I've NEVER been convicted. State Troppers and Local Cops both included. The fact of the matter is pot isn't a big deal and this cop just felt like being a douche. I'm tellingyou most cops would've let him go but this was just a wrong place at the wrong time type deal.

Dude cops are usually pretty lenient when it comes to pot. And I'm sure the WWE guys get pulled over for speeding all the time. They have to drive from town to town state to state in the middle of the night after wresting matches. It takes a real bunghole cop to give you a DUI for friggin Pot. Or a cop who cares about his job... Exactly. If he was only speeding? Fine, slap him on his wrist, write him a ticket and send him on his way. But he was speeding WHILE ON DRUGS. Any cop with a brain in his head isn't going to let that slide. Who cares if it was just pot? He should've known better and his career is basically ruined now because of his own stupidity.

Did you not read the very first line of Section 15? It says, "A. FOR POSITIVE DRUGS TESTS OTHER THAN MARIJUANA AND ALCOHOL" It also goes onto further state that failed drug tests relating to weed and alcohol are a $2500 fine. That's all. He didn't fail a drugs test for weed though. He was arrested for possession, which according to WWE, is grounds for dismissal. I only mentioned the fine for the failed test because an arrest, in any circumstances other than weed or alcohol, serves the same function as a failed test when it comes to the wellness policy. Section 15 clearly voids WWE of having to force any kind of "suspension" on him as advocated by the wellness policy because it clearly omits weed and alcohol from those guidelines. This is no different than if he got a DUI for being drunk and he had beers in his cars. They may be able to fire him, but the way the contract reads, it appears weed and alcohol don't apply in that situation either. They went out of their way to point that out in Section 15 so I personally don't think this incident is grounds for termination. I mean ultimately they can let him go whenever they want but I don't think they're forced to do anything here where the wellness policy is concerned.

and we continue to wonder why the WWE doesn't push guys to the moon... think of how many guys have gotten a MAJOR push towards being "the man" in the past 10 years and have then gone on to it up by either injury, suspension, leaving or arrest.

OH GOD. LMAO! This is hilarious. Although it might suck for Del Rio and rob him of his big Mania match.

No. Just no. Any cop who his worth his money is going to arrest somebody for this. The article didn't say he was CONVICTED, he was CHARGED. There's a difference.

While none of us are do-gooders and its easy to criticize others i cant believe coming up to WM with a huge push and in the title picture he would go smoke pot and drive over the limit. Could he have just waited until Mania was done with lol?

If anything we'll see Swagger somehow lose his shot at the belt and Ziggler will announce that he'll be cashing in at Mania, giving us Ziggler vs Del Rio.

Best to leave well enough alone until 'Mania, have the match with Del Rio and then have Dolph cash in for the win to knock him out of the picture for the mandatory 30 days.

I've seen several comments about it and even saw someone say he might be an alchoholic. Give me a ing break. He got a DUI because he was smoking pot! No cop gives out that charge for smoking weed unless they are a complete jerkoff. Its actually quite embarassing to get charged with that.
