Does anybody else wonder if last nights crowd in New Jersey could've been the start of something good?
I know there was a few extra factors why the crowd was so awesome. (wrestlemania weekend and the British fans) Anybody watching Raw last night has to realize that the New Jersey crowd made the show 100 times better. The announcers and superstars even realized it.
It makes me wonder if every crowd was like last nights how much enjoyable would Raw be?

I doubt it. I remember the crowd after Wrestlemania last year was similar (although not quite as good). It's insane how much I enjoyed the show last night simply based off of the crowd.

I heard that the fans waiting to get into tonight's Smackdown taping in Boston are already singing the Fandango theme.

I like lively crowds, but only if it's genuine. IF it gets to the point where they are just copycatting and forcing it, then it becomes fake and a waste of time. I laughed last night when they chanted "holy sh*t" because somebody got body slammed on the outside of the ring. I mean, really? That was a "holy sh*t" moment?
Let's hope the crowds continue to be lively, original, and genuine, and not just doing things for no reason to try and get a reaction or throw the wrestlers off their game.

Doesn't seem like something the US crowd will keep it up, they never do singing chants, it's part of the football culture over here.

It didn't stick last year, so why would it now. I hate going to a live show because it seems i'm the only enthusiastic person there. 90% of shows the fans are dead, UK, Wrestlemania and Canada are exceptions.

I don't think so. The night after WrestleMania usually has the best crowd, since a lot of them went to the event and aren't even from the area. But I'd love to see it happen.

Nah. Maybe Fandango's theme might. Just like the "Yes" chants last year stuck.

No disrespect, but when you have hooligans killing one another over their favorite teams, that's not something to be proud of. If that's better than I don't wanna be better.

Show me where I said I'm proud of hooliganism. Hooliganism doesn't add anything to the atmosphere of anything. Hooliganism takes place amongst violent people who use 'sporting passion' as an excuse to be violent. Your post reaks of ignorance.

Well what does "UK and Irish fans are better than US fans in general in all sports" mean? Better? Better at what? At being fans? To be proud of your county and say our fans are better than your fans comes across pretty lame to me - there are pros and cons to everything. It sounds like just another lame Internet argument waiting to happen. It would be ignorant of you to think that hooliganism is not a problem with English sports - you really can't be blind to that, are you? And ya spelled reek wrong.

People kill/injure other people over sports in the United States too.
