Not the first time Ryback has injured the champion (he injured Punk's knee), and he's really not been in the company long enough to get away with this. Over or not, they should cut their losses with him and move onto someone else. You're talking about the knee that was already injured before Ryback probably ever met Punk?

If this is really that bad, they must feel pretty stupid for turning Ryback heel now, huh?

That doesn't mean he isn't injured. Technically speaking he could be coming out to cut a promo saying he's injured and has to vacate the title. Probably won't happen, but you never know. "ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN". Exactly. Was Edge not on RAW when he was forced to retire? Or was that all a work too? You have to love this logic. Rock's not on RAW after getting injured: injury is a work. Cena will be on RAW after getting injured: injury is a work. God forbid people actually just wait, let it play out, and see what happens. Instead they rush directly to the exact websites that are waiting for them during this kind of stuff and get fed non-news and assumed answers. Great post man. I completely agree. If things were different and this was Punk that was injured (and not taking a break) then the reaction on here would be completely different.

Whether its a work or not, watching Raw w/out Cena and Punk would be entertaining. One for the fact that it will be fun to see the WWE scramble and freak since they've refused to make anyone meaningful besides Cena for years, and for the fact that we might get some new guys pushed to the top. Sadly though, I'd be willing to bet that the WWE would simply push Sheamus or Orton into Cena's spot and it'll be the same crap as usual. Not to mention that whoever gets a push in Cena's absence will go down the card when Cena's back.

I'm sure the injury isn't terrible... if he was well enough to work a six man tag after he was injured, then he will push himself through any injury he might have.

Interesting to see what they will do. Hope the injury isn't that serious.

Well that sucks for him if this is legit at least.
I also would expect Sheamus or Randy to take his place and probably win the belt.

If it is legit, that is a shame for the fans that did want to see him, but it's worded in such a way that it it has to be a work.
I can't see Ryback as champion yet.

just throw Darren Young in Cena's get up. If anyone questions it, blame it on a tanning mishap

I read on Twitter that he won't be missing Raw. I wonder if they'll take this chance for Ryback to take the title off Cena. Boy, WWE will be in rough waters if Cena and Punk are gone at the same time.

Although has nothing to do with the thread, that'd be awesome I meant like while he's injured he could do that, although if it's a work then never mind. The way they worded it tells me its a work.I guess we'll find out tomorrow. "What lies ahead for the Cenation leader? Does this put Ryback one step closer to capturing the WWE Title?" That makes it sound like a work It does sound like they want to make it a work.

Even though I'm not a big fan of Cena, I hope he gets better. But it's clear that he won't make it to the ppv, since achilles tendon injuries take over three weeks to heal.

If he really is injured, he should vacate that title immediately at RAW tonight...

I just want to see WWE scramble and panic because they have buried every rising face into the dirt and killing their momentum. Hopefully this scares the company into pushing other people.
