TERRIBLE episode. Just TERRIBLE. #MoffatOut #1989AllOverAgain But Vikings... I live on the Isle of Man. I've heard more than enough about bloody Vikings in my life. Even Maisie Williams couldn't save this episode.

I was mentally scoring it as a 7/10, up until the last 10 minutes, when the score got bumped up to 8/10. It was a decent episode, nothing special, but nothing bad either. But that "face" scene was just so perfectly done. And personally I love a flashback, and the track was perfectly placed as well.

I loved last night fir three reasons. A. Maisie Williams. B. The Face scene. C. MOTHER ING TEN WAS THERE. If only for a second or so. Good episode to me. The Vikings were whatever but the story was fantastic all things considered especially the latter half of the episode.

I loved last night's episode. Maisie Williams was great and it was a fun story. I also like that they're moving forward with why he has that face.
I also caught up on the last two episodes yesterday, which were great. The Fisher King design was amazing, and I loved the Peter Serafinowicz as the voice. I hope he gets used for other things in the future. I'm just sad because it was another episode where my favorite one off character died. Why do they have to do that to me!?

I've always wanted to check this out buy never got around to it. Is it worth it? Netflix is your friend. They have some of the stuff from 63-89, then everything from 05-14, but we mostly talk about the reboot. You really gotta like scifi to enjoy Who, because some of the stuff only makes sense in scifi terms. I've had friends who have watched the first episode of the reboot and refused to watch the rest because it was kind of stupid. But then I got them to watch the rest of the first season and learn about the lore of the series, and season 2 is where it really picks up. If you can survive season one with interest, you'll be set for the entire series.

The whole thing about Who is once you know the basic lore, you can pick up at any first season episode and not be lost. I mean, you jump in mid season you'll be lost like any other series. But when you learn the basics like: Main Enemies- Dalek, Cybermen, The Master Regeneration Cycle TARDIS The Time War/Gallifrey/Skaro You learn those four things, you're more than set.

I've always wanted to check this out buy never got around to it. Is it worth it? Is breathing worth it? Same answer for both questions. YES! Seriously though, you should definitely give Doctor Who a go. I may be biased, but to me, Doctor Who is the greatest creation in the universe. My advice to you is to watch all of Series 1. Just the first episode alone may not be enough to get you hooked. But watching the whole of Series 1 gives you a full understanding of what the show is about, and whether you want to continue or not. Keep us updated.

The Classics are good once you're already a fan, but they're too outdated to hook any new viewers onto Doctor Who.

I enjoyed the New Series up until Series 5, but they've never stood up against the Classics for me. Never.

You're sounding like one of those "Attitude Era 4 Lyfe" guys in Doctor Who terms. **insert David Tennant picture here** I don't like it.
