Did it ruin CM Punk when he lost the title immediately? No. He won it back. He held it for 400+ days. He's the best in the world. Totally different scenario though. Punk lost the belt do to interference by Kevin Nash, then wrestled Triple H, then tagged with Triple H to wrestle The Awesome Truth, and then got his title rematch with Del Rio. Punk wasn't booked to look weak or incompetent like they are doing with Daniel Bryan. Also, as for your statement of "He's the best in the world" can be questionable now too. Tagging with a mid card guy like R Truth or Big E. Langston and feuding with Ryback and Curtis Axel isn't really being the 'best in the world' anymore. It really doesn't work like that. If Number 1 tags with Number 10, it doesn't make Number 1 fall to number 5. He was trying to get them over.

CM Punk hasn't been number 1 for quite some time in the WWE's eyes. If he was, he'd be the one feuding with Triple H, Orton and Stephanie. I get it, you're a CM Punk fan, you are gonna think he's the best no matter what. But he's definitely on a mid card streak right now. With how Triple H is acting, I am shocked they haven't gotten CM Punk involved yet. For he would be perfect to go up against him, but they are too worried with having him go after Heyman still.

DB was ruined before last night. Just like Zack Ryder, WWE is trying to squash how over DB has become. They do NOT want him to succeed and have shown that time and time again. Its disgusting when this company purposely sabotages the chances to garner profits and not have to answer to the stockholders. The WWE stock is sitting in the toilet and has done nothing but plummet for years.

Don't know, storyline hasn't played out yet. I'm patient enough to wait and see.

the truth is, HHH meant what he said about bryan never being the face of the company & this will prove it
they could've easily had everything go wrong for HHH & Steph & they're constantly trying to get the belt off of him - but they don't want him as 'the guy'

The WWE has done enough damage to Bryan that even if he wins people wont care. Then they can say I told you so he doesnt draw. typical WWE giving a lesson in how to drop the ball.

They're still building, trust me. This is a testament to people's short attention spans, because they want it to be over already, with no story, just "Daniel Bryan wins forever whatevereven" Have to disagree. I defended WWE for a while against short sighted fans who were complaining about Bryan getting buried. I was saying "they're stacking the deck. Every obstacle they out in front of him, he'll overcome and stand tall." So he overcame the Triple H bias. He overcame the Viper. He overcame the Cell match until HBK screwed him. ...now he has to over come his.. Trainer? No, it is tired, it's old, and it should be over.

I don't think the WWE is "destroying" Daniel Bryan. I actually do think they're doing what's best for business. I, along with many people I know, cannot picture DB being "the guy" because I think there is a strong argument that DB is actually not as over as everyone thinks. I argue that it is the YES chant that is truly over. Orton, on the other hand, has always been over and I think having him as champ, although being such a safe route, is the best move for both Bryan and Orton.
I think Bryan will have his big moment soon though, because i have a feeling he will be cooled down for a minute, then get back into title contention and actually win the title at Wrestlemania. It will be similar to Benoit's treatment when he won the title in that Bryan deserves huge recognition, but he can't be sold as the face of WWE to casual fans, which make up the target audience.

WWE will cease to exist once Triple H fully takes over. Guy is a moron. Still not as bad as Dixie Carter

This is the exact same situation that happened at the exact same PPV last year. Ref screws MEGA HOT wrestler out of the belt. And wrestler loses all momentum. Dispite wwe thinking the loss dosent hurt that MEGA HOT wrestler because he lost screwy. When in fact it does. I will say this. Ryback doesn't deserve to be in the position he is in. He should be a mega face. He never got revenge on the Shield. He lost to Henry at WM, he should've won. His heel turn ruined it. He should be an extremely over face. Him repeatedly loosing to Punk isn't helping.

Of course they did. I saw this coming a mile away ever since SummerSlam, and the fact that people tried to tell me "wait and see where they go with this" when I've seen this same thing happen over and over and over again throughout the years just made me laugh. Maybe people were just hoping for the best because of how many people like Bryan, but I never had any doubt that they would botch Daniel Bryan and that this "push" would lead to nothing in the long-term. This entire storyline was about getting Triple H and Randy Orton over. They needed a "top face" to be in the WWE Title scene for a few months to make Triple H and Orton look good, and with Cena and Sheamus out of commission for a while they went with Daniel Bryan. The booking throughout this entire feud ever since SummerSlam has been predictable and atrocious, and the WWE has done everything possible to demean Bryan to the point that his crowd support already isn't nearly as strong as it was even in August.

No, he isnt ruined.
From what I see from the fans on here, they are doing the right thing.
They want us to keep buying PPVs and watch their shows because they know that they want us to have him as champion(I dont.)
They make money off of this stuff. He isn't ruined, you're jumping the gun.
