This denial of Daniel Bryan must be part of a an angle, they can't listen to that crowd and do nothing....early tweets seem to suggest something is happening, if Lesnar wins title at EC I guess it would be better than Batista/Orton I might be an angle, but who cares right now? Denying him the championship has been the angle since Summerslam... it could have been a well told story, but it's gone on too long. If they still wanted Batsita to win the thing they could have given the people what they wanted, put Bryan at 30, let people think Bryan might win then have Dave win and get legit heel heat, not this legit anger from fans (that has gone past faux-anger "for the sake of the story".) yeah I think that's what most annoying the fact Bryan wasn't even in the Rumble, and there's no reasonable way of getting him the title hunt, maybes a MITB win.....even then that's months away

I dont know why we're all so excited about the PPV's being $10 if you buy their network.... the PPV's all suck balls nowadays. It's only going to get WORSE! Let me tell you something, it ain't like it used to be. It's not even close. I expect more out of the Royal Rumble than their typical let down PPV ending which happens 90% of the time but tonight they were consistent. Just awful. Worst rumble yet, period. What a joke altogether.
That Pittsburgh crowd needs props. All these years later and we get Orton/Batista at Wrestlemania - that's the best you can do with all that fresh blood on the roster? Someone or several people in creative (I think its HHH, and some writers mostly, some Vince) are so TONE DEAF! How can they deny what they heard?
Great match by Bryan and Wyatt. Subpar show otherwise, knew it would be four weeks ago when Stephanie McMahon came out and said "We're gonna do Cena and Orton (AGAIN) for the 40th time). It wasn't exciting anymore in about 2007. UNCLE! Batista looked old, washed out and flabby.

royal rumble used to be my favorite match but last 2 yrs have been so predictable it is sad. only surprise will be which wrestler they bring out of mothballs to either win the rumble or belt.

I was holding out hope for a Daniel Bryan entrance. Once JBL got the last "Surprise" spot, I went and had a shower before heading to work. I knew 1000% that Batista was going to win. I have given this company numerous hours and have always supported them, hoping for them to have a "bigger picture plan." This Rumble finally drove the point home that the WWE doesn't care what the fans want anymore. Daniel Bryan should have been in the Rumble and won the match, he is by far the most over person in the company right now. If this was the late 90's when WWE had WCW breathing down their necks you can bet your bottom dollar that Daniel Bryan would have won the Rumble tonight. Back then WWE had no choice but to go with the hot hand. It was the crowd that truly made Steve Austin the star he became, the crowd has been supporting Daniel Bryan for just about as long as they did Austin before Vince truly pulled the trigger on him. I can already see WrestleMania 30 being one of the lower Mania's in terms on buy rates, which the WWE will just play off by blaming the launch of the WWE Network. This is the first time in 30 years that I have zero desire to see WrestleMania live. I just canceled plans with my buddy for WrestleMania (since they debuted in theaters we have gone every year) and I will be saving my money but not supporting WWE beyond PVR'ing NXT (which airs in Canada when I am sleeping, due to my work schedule) This is a great take. It's not at all how it used to be. They (WWE suits) have really eroded and hurt the product. I just don't get the "why". They are tonedeaf. I don't understand how they can be so not conscious about it though.

Came back from the show. Well I love how we boo'd Batista out of the building.

When will they learn that the Sheamus/Cena/Orton/Batista wing of the roster do nothing for us?

Hey guys don't forget, after Summerslam, WWE had a "bigger picture" for Bryan. Too bad they constantly change their mind.
If I weren't getting Wrestlemania for $10 on the Network, there's no way I'd be ordering it. Because these days WWE PPV's aren't worth any more than ten bucks.

Yes. I feel like I've been patient, but it's not been rewarded. As a matter of fact they have now confirmed they don't care about what the fans want. It's crazy to me how they don't want to embrace Bryan and make him the next big thing. Relying on part-timers is no way to insure the future of your company and sport. I've not no problem with them returning and helping out to tell a good story, but when you continuously favor part timers and stars from 10 years ago, over the current workers, who've been the backbone of your shows for all the months in-between, it's could be a self-fulfilling prophecy of your downfall. Create the next group of superstars.

I can pretty much draw up that lame, tired, wrestlemania card for you! Orton vs. Batista Cena vs. Bray Wyatt (DON'T GET EXCITED, SUPER CENA buries WYATT just like HOGAN used to to people lol) Big Show vs. Someone Sheamus-like (tired act) Lesnar vs. Someone Undertaker vs. Daniel Bryan (so Undertaker wins again) Uso's vs. another tag team on the free show Punk vs. Corporate Kane and HHH, etc. (Who cares) LOL WWE sucks so bad nowadays. What a joke.

I kinda want to go back one year, and tell my self from last year to be ing grateful for Rock vs Cena 2, and that Team Hell No should last forever.

Any of you stop to think about Bryan's concussion? He wrestled a 20 minute match against Bray Wyatt to start the show...

Any of you stop to think about Bryan's concussion? If the concussion was an issue, he wouldn't have wrestled tonight, and certainly wouldn't have taken that bump to the barricade.
