Batista. WWE should do MITB at Mania and have Bryan win then cash in on Batista after he beats Orton which we all know will happen.

While I agree with your overall opinion on this, you can't ignore Punk's 434 day title reign. A transitional champ DOES NOT hold the belt for that long, nor does he have the type of show stealing matches Punk had during that reign. To call that a transitional title reign is honestly a disservice to Punk. It gave us some of the best WWE television we'd seen in years. And I'm not even a super fan of the guy. Oh come on you can't say they were fully behind Punk when he took a back seat to John Cena vs John ing Laurinaitis Who hasn't taken a back seat to John Cena over the last 8 or 9 years? Is that to say that WWE wasn't behind them as well? Cena's the corporate shield. He's their 'safe bet' when it comes to booking because people will always pay to see him, despite what the internet thinks. But to say that WWE isn't behind someone because Cena is still main eventing is silly. I' sure they weren't behind Warrior or Savage because Hogan was still getting top billing either huh?

The more I think about this the more i hate WWE and Batista. I used to like Batista but where the does he come off to just flip a fan off and mock a colleague because nobody wants to see him? To their respect, Orton and Cena didnt stop flip everyone off and stand there while the crowd tore them apart. They went on like professionals and got out. No need for this skinny jeaned, chicken legged p***y Batista to do something like this I was at the show.. In Batista's defense, he didn't just flip off the fan for no reason.. the fan was in his face, flipping him off first and yelling obscenities at him. Although he did troll the crowd by doing the "YES!" arm motion in the middle of the walk way before leaving. Fair enough, but Batista should have ignored him instead of flipping him off.

Reigns really didn't do anything special he did about 10 spears and threw some guys out. Just like Batista only difference was he was in there longer. He broke Kane's record. So records in wrestling are dumb that was planned so he could look strong but still lose.

Bray whipped bryan. Why would anyone want to see mid card bryan in the rumble when he can't even win the first match of the pay per view. I guess I'll never understand why people like him so much. I like the way it all went down

I like the way it all went down Could be because your a fan of the old school steroided guys like Hogan. What people don't seem to understand is that this is becoming a crowd much like what the NWA use to get in the 80's. They want the underdog type ala Rock and Roll Express and Magnum T.A. to be on top. This is not a Typical WWF/E crowd anymore who root for the big muscle heads. This is actually a crowd who understands talent and who should be on top. I have come to really respect the current WWE fanbase because they are based in old school real wrestling logic now more then ever before. If a crowd from Pittsburg who is not the smart crowd get up in arms like this then we have come full circle and in a good old school Pro Wrestling way not a WWF/E way.

Batista is a big fan of Daniel Bryan, for the record. If that means anything.

Batista is a big fan of Daniel Bryan, for the record. If that means anything. Everyone is a big fan of Bryan Danielson/Daniel Bryan. You won't meet a more humble and likable guy in the Business. From the WWE to the Indies we all love the guy because he deserves the response he get's from the crowd more then anyone.

I knew the reactions of the smarky IWC were gonna be hilarious but it's even better than I ever imagined.

I will say this in Batista's defense. When anything is taped, the WWE has workers ringside with ears backstage that will tell wrestlers what to do. So Batista may have been told to go with the heel heat as it was happening.

Actually no, I lost respect for Punk when he did that. The difference was Punk was being physically provoked. Albeit be struck the wrong one, but under the circumstances I can see why he did it. He was protecting himself where as Batista was being a dick. Like I said last night if Ed Hardy made people, Batista would be the standard model.

Maybe they'll make Batista apologise, like CM Punk has to do whenever he calls fans homos and such.

Pretty friggin' classless move, Batista. He deserves every boo you got last night.
A lot of you guys need to chill. WWE creative isn't ignoring every fan that's chanting "YES!", an entire building booing the "top stars", or the IWC. They know that when Bryan wins the title back everyone will go crazy. They're delaying it as long as they can. It's not their fault that Bryan as a Wyatt didn't work, a huge part of WWE's fan base just couldn't wait for a WrestleMania payoff. I think Michigan State doing the Yes chant was the final straw. Don't forget, Bryan vs Wyatt was supposed to be a huge WM moment.
Anyway, I buy into the argument that Bryan is too big for the titles right now. Any match he's in will get a ridiculous reaction, why not push other talent in the title scene? People complaining on the internet will still watch. You guys might not like Batista vs Orton, but there are younger fans who will love it. Imagine Bryan not having the titles for another year. He'll still be getting a reaction and like I said, when he wins it'll be one of the biggest moments in recent memory.
