It was an iwc type crowd vince isn't gonna give a damn about what they thought. You say that, but when Bryan is getting this reaction wherever he is, it gets a lot harder to brush it off as an "IWC type crowd". They need to stop ignoring this and realize what the fans really want.

I have given this company numerous hours and have always supported them, hoping for them to have a "bigger picture plan." This Rumble finally drove the point home that the WWE doesn't care what the fans want anymore. Daniel Bryan should have been in the Rumble and won the match, he is by far the most over person in the company right now. If this was the late 90's when WWE had WCW breathing down their necks you can bet your bottom dollar that Daniel Bryan would have won the Rumble tonight. Back then WWE had no choice but to go with the hot hand. It was the crowd that truly made Steve Austin the star he became, the crowd has been supporting Daniel Bryan for just about as long as they did Austin before Vince truly pulled the trigger on him. Yes. I feel like I've been patient, but it's not been rewarded. As a matter of fact they have now confirmed they don't care about what the fans want. It's crazy to me how they don't want to embrace Bryan and make him the next big thing. Relying on part-timers is no way to insure the future of your company and sport. I've not no problem with them returning and helping out to tell a good story, but when you continuously favor part timers and stars from 10 years ago, over the current workers, who've been the backbone of your shows for all the months in-between, it's could be a self-fulfilling prophecy of your downfall. Create the next group of superstars.Maybe Vince is afraid to create new stars. The last time he started to do that (early to mid 90's) with Scott Hall (Razor) & Kevin Nash (Diesel), those to walked out on him in favor of more money from WCW at the height of their popularity. Those two leaving the WWF for WCW really hurt the WWF for a few years as WCW gained all the momentum and it FORCED Vince to go with the hot hand (Austin), who was probably someone Vince had ZERO interest in turning into the biggest star of his era. Austin was a WCW bread talent and look how Vince treated other talents he acquired and buried from WCW, I am willing to bet if it wasn't for absolute fan support for Austin at the time Vince would have tried to make the Rock into his biggest star, which if you remember, until his heel turn (to make way for Austin's face run) the Rock was getting boo'd out each and every building he set foot in. The best thing for the WWE is competition, that isn't going to come from the UFC (for the most part they are completely separate audiences) or TNA/ROH (who are closer to competing with each other than they are WWE). Unless TNA or ROH were to sign a "Daniel Bryan or CM Punk" away from the WWE and get better time slots. Vince has nothing to worry about. Hell the only way either TNA or ROH could even come close to challenging WWE at this point would be if either company managed to sign the Rock (who sadly is the biggest star in the industry at the moment [which is truly sad when he hasn't had anything to do with the business since WrestleMania 29])and have him on their show every single week competing.

Vince (and I assume he is still making final calls) has been a skittish, fickle, tonedeaf leader in passing the torch for a long time. I've read about his last minute pull-outs for a long time. Read the Bret Hart book.
When he finally gives Bryan his moment it will probably be a last minute decision at a house show. He's a moron. It will never change.

When they got to the final 2, my Godson, who is only 7, put his fist to his forehead & leaned over the couch & said to me, "Ugh, Batista is going to win. I can see this coming."
Mind you, he doesn't know how to use the internet. If a kayfabed 7 year old can see it coming, then you know it's bad booking.

lol but everyone wanted HEELTista back.... But he's not HeelTista. He's face Batista. He just happened to be booed. That didn't make him a heel. They'll keep him as a face. Especially if he's facing Orton.

Coming from a Batista fan, I had no interest in seeing him win the Rumble again. He's done it before, he's had his moment.

Yup, such a moron that he's got people who apparently hate his product yet keep spending money on it. The moronic thing is to hate something yet keep financially supporting it for years and years.

Reigns won me over tonight Reigns really didn't do anything special he did about 10 spears and threw some guys out. Just like Batista only difference was he was in there longer. He broke Kane's record.

His IQ might not be low; but what he collects as data is definitely conflicting. The product is subpar. There's a reason for that. The first thing I think of now when I hear "tonedeaf" is WWE/Vince/HHH/WWE Creative. They're going to make money regardless. Doesn't mean the product is good. I remember how I felt when it was good.

I think the only way they can save this is by having a triple threat match adding Daniel Bryan to the mix.

Sadly, while the WWE still generates money, it is by far a lot worse than it had been during the height of the Attitude Era. Their declining television ratings and PPV buys are prime example of this. Without valid competition Vince McMahon and company have ZERO desire or need to push themselves to give their fans a valid and enjoyable product.

So are we gonna be getting a heel vs heel match at Wrestlemania? In the end, we all lose with this terrible main event. I have no faith whatsoever in Batista vs Orton.

The more I think about this the more i hate WWE and Batista. I used to like Batista but where the does he come off to just flip a fan off and mock a colleague because nobody wants to see him? To their respect, Orton and Cena didnt stop flip everyone off and stand there while the crowd tore them apart. They went on like professionals and got out. No need for this skinny jeaned, chicken legged p***y Batista to do something like this
